Thanks for taking over. If you have trouble hosting the files, just put them in a zip and contact me over skype. So i can put them on the same host i'm using.
Note that the scale between the posters i made, isn't 100% accurate. I used the bhg bomber as refference. Everytime i rendered a complete poster i scaled it down so that the bhg bomber in the new poster was the same size as the bomber in the bhg poster. Since the bhg bomber has only 70pixels or something, it isn't very accurate. I planned on doing one poster with all ships on it, but i had to abbandon the project before i could finish it.
I've currently got some scripts set up so every time I export the model from milkshape I can run one program and it will render both the perspective view and a side+front view at scale. This scale was taken from comparing to the Orca in your poster, which turned out to be a somewhat arbitrary 57px=10m. Do you have any attachment to that resolution, and is there any desire to increase it a bit on the ones I'm making? I've gone through about half of the ships already (it's a quick script), and will be starting to put together a massive 'everything' poster within a few weeks. I will probably need help hosting that one.
The 'nice' way that I've set up my renders is that I now have a bunch of small png files with transparency of every ship individually at the same scale, so all I will need to do is paste them all into the same file and add captions, and can position them by hand. I was thinking about doing a large poster with the location of the ships generally relating to their AOI on the sirius map, but that's still just an idea.
Also, when the ships are already scaled relative to each other, do you think it will be helpful to put the actual length in the caption, or is that more work for very little result? (I've got the lengths already recorded in text files right next to the names, it's not a huge addition).

The measurements of the ships would only function as a little extra detail on the whole. The scales in game are very off, so the calculated measurements, most likely won't match the ones in game. If it's worth the effort, is up to you.
I'm glad that you know your way around in these programs. Since spending 15 minutes on each ship manually, ends up being boring real fast.
The huge picture could be added to the host i'm using. I don't believe it has any limitation to filesize or picturesize. The only problem would be slow connections and slow computers on the users side;)
OK, got all the ships rendered in side and front views at scale and ready to paste together, what's the order for posters that people want?
