Base Docking Stuck - Liner Brixton

Type: Systems (Burgundy)
Bug: Liner Brixton Mooring Point Blocked

Reproduction Steps:

• While flying a Transport (Vache in my case) attempt to dock on Liner Brixton, Burgundy System
  
• Large ships will get stuck crashing into the Liner hull
  
• Multiple /stuck attempts required to successfully land (Not always successful)
  

NPC Voice-Over states "Your request to Moor is granted. Proceed Three", but the recording below has sound muted somehow.
