Could some one please inform me on what the official standings are on trading to/from kusari?
I have asked several others and have gotten different answers every time.
On that note, is the BAF allowed to stop transports in the Leeds system or is that the BPA's duty?
' Wrote:Cargo Transported to the Tau Systems
Moving cargo across the Bretonian border into Tau space to Kusari is illegal, and will be treated as an act of war, making the transporter of said goods an enemy combatant. Approved Bretonian corporations supplying allied bases in the Tau systems are exempted from this provision. Cargo being imported into Bretonia from Kusari is to be welcomed as a diversion of valuable materials from them.
IMG and Zoner ships may carry cargo through Bretonia and as far as their holdings in the Tau systems. IMG and Zoner ships found moving goods through the Taus into Kusari will be fined 5 million credits.
BAF and BPA pilots have the right to demand the destination of the traders and confirm it via intel. Traders found to be trading with Kusari must drop their cargo or sell it at Bretonian bases. Traders found to have lied about their destination will be treated as enemies of the Crown.
War Materiel
Due to the sensitive nature regarding the use of the commodities commonly referred to as Nuclear Devices, Black Market Munitions, Light Arms, Plutonium, and Military Vehicles, a special license has been created to cover the shipment of military goods within Bretonian Space.
Military Material Licensing is obtainable from the BPA, with a licensing fee of 500,000 credits for every 1000 cargo present on a ship, or 10,000,000 credits for an entire corporation to receive licensing. The fee is used by the BPA to undergo an investigation of any individual or corporation looking to be licensed, and to subsidize Border Wolds Exports, the previously exclusive shipper of military goods.
To obtain Military Material Licensing, an individual or corporation must submit either their name or common registration, an abridged background regarding himself or their corporation, and the registration fee. Junkers, Kusari, Unlawful, Slaver, and Smuggler identified ships are ineligible for this licensing.

Other Information
Those carrying any listed contraband or caught in any other illegal act, after paying the applicable fine, will be asked to leave the House systems. If they refuse, said criminal may be destroyed or blacklisted for a specific time.
This is official military policy on the matter. The BAF may stop vessels only in Leeds.
Thank you Commander for clearing that up for me, I have all my notes and paperwork lying around this sty somewhere, just couldn't seem to find it.
Now, I have another set of questions/requests if you will:
I would like to gain access to the armoury when it is convinient. I was also wondering if anyone could privide me with an ideal weapons setup for a Challenger?
Thanks in advance and Long Live the Queen!

You should also note that any Kishiro or Samura IDed vessels are to be forced to surrender their cargo and leave Bretonia under threat of destruction. It is the responsibility of the BAF to enforce the Tau Blockade in Leeds, although also in other systems in which the BPA does not maintain full operations, such as Dublin, Newcastle, Dundee, and Tau space.
As for your challanger, I shall arrange to have the armoury opened for you as soon as possible. From there we can provide you with your supernova antimatter cannon, to complement the basic weapons that you can buy yourself from Winchester Station in Salisbury. Recommended setup includes 2 Adv Splitters, 2 Imp Debilitators, in addition to nuke mines and other standard equipment.
Whilst waiting to be equipt I suggest you familiarise yourself with the Laws of Bretonia in full, in addition to BAF guidelines and background which can be found here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?sh...25332&st=20
