My name is Caitlyn Cross and I am the Chairwoman of Orbital Spa and Cruise. I am contacting you today because I would like to talk with you about acquiring some new Palace Class Liners. We at Orbital Try to give our Guests the best Local Experiences Possible and therefore we try to buy local Liners whenever Possible. My own Personal Liner is also a "Palace" and by now also pretty old. But to be honest I don't intend to replace her as I have quite a personal connection to my ship. Even as I am not a Bretonian Myself I have learned to love the Palace for its Sturdy Frame and its Beautifull Lines. For my Own Liner, I would Like to ask you for the Possibility of an Overhaul and General Inspection of my own "Red Velvet Club".
But we would also need the Replacement of several Other Liners that don't hold an Emotional Value and are therefore Cheaper to Replace than to Overhaul. We usually put these ships into Mothball at a secret place in Cortez and salvage them for spare parts or sell them off at the second-hand market. But should you have a use for these old Liners then we could be willing to hand them over to BMF as part of the Deal. Currently, we are Speaking of at least 3 Liners for our Active Fleet. But this Would of course also include Long-term Plans for Maintenance and Inspections in the Shipyard every 1 to 2 years. Should this Deal be a success we might have also some other Plans for other Liners Stationed in Bretonia but these plans aren't Finalized yet so I will tell you about them once they are more Concrete in Nature.

I am pleased to hear from you that fast. It speaks Values about the Importance that you give to your Customers at BMF. The Red Velvet is now Pretty old and most likely the oldest ship in our Fleet. I bought her a Second hand and saved her from the Scrapfield and have restored her myself back to glory. Back then I was still an Independent Capitan and have done that mostly by myself. I was born as s Junker so I know a thing or two about how a Ship works. She has now Served me for the Last Years since we Joined OS&C Service Together and we have Transported Thousands of Passengers over the years. But even through some of the best Care by the Engeniers and Myself, she shows her age more and more. Especially the Engine and the Reactor have been having problems recently. So I think a complete Engine and Reactor Swap is Needed. But of course, I would Like to have a Full Shipwide Inspection to see if there are any more Problems. As I said Money is not a problem as I have an Emotional Connection to the Red Velvet and it would break my heart to send my Lady back to the Scrapyard. I pay whatever is needed to Prevent this from Happening. I will put her Data in the description so your Teams can prepare accordingly.
Now that we have discussed my Personal Matters let's talk about the new Liners. As I already have told you we we would like to show the Beauty of Bretonia with these Liners, So we thought we could Theme them after the Planets of Bretonia. We thought about New London, Cambridge and Carlisle. We also thought to Name the Liners themselves after these Planets. But should you have better ideas to Represent the Bretonian Culture then we are Open to Suggestions. They would then be Ambassadors of the Local Bretonian Culture and Carry this out into the Stars. In the last years, we have found out that these themed Liners are Especially Popular among Families and middle-aged and Retired Guests from the other Houses. But as you at BMF are the Locals we would pretty much give you a Freehand on the Interiors of these Liners. The only things that we have a Fixed Opinion on are the Numbers of Economy, First Class, Second Class, and VIP Cabins on board. We will also put these Requirements in the Attachment.
I think this is all for now from our side. I will let the Red Velvet Arrive at the Isle of Sky Drydock as soon as you have room for us. We will leave a Skeleton Crew on board and Keep a Restaurant and a Bar Open and Staffed where your Workers and their Families are Welcome to Dine and Drink free of Charge. This is a small gift from us for the good work you do. The Cooks on the Red Velvet are some of the Best in Sirius and can make dishes that seem like they are not from this world.

The Red Velvet was in the Royal Bretonian Service for over 40 Years before she was then Sent into the Service of the Auxilary Fleet. As I took over the Liner she was around 55 Years. Back then the Ship was Fully Stripped of Internal Cabins and Guest Rooms. It took me almost a full year with Odd Jobs to Finance the restoration of the Liner into a usable state. Now she has been in my Service for almost 10 Years and she Deserves all the Love in the World.

Good day, Chairwoman Cross,
Thank you for your thorough response and for entrusting us with such an important project. Your devotion to the Red Velvet and its history truly resonates with our team, and we look forward to ensuring she receives the restoration she deserves to continue serving you and Orbital Spa and Cruise with distinction.
We are prepared to receive the Red Velvet at Isle of Skye Dry Dock for the full inspection and requested engine and reactor replacements. Given the high-security protocols at Isle of Skye, please be aware that only designated public areas will be accessible to your crew during the restoration process. The Isle of Skye facility is a maximum-security installation, and our protocols strictly prohibit any weapons within our drydocks and installations. We ask that any crew or staff onboard comply with these regulations to ensure a smooth and secure operation.
Regarding the New Liners
We are thrilled to bring your vision of themed Palace Liners to life. Your idea of reflecting Bretonian culture by naming each liner after Bretonian planets—New London, Cambridge, and Carlisle—aligns perfectly with our values, allowing us to share Bretonia's essence with travelers across Sirius. Our artisans and designers will capture the distinctive character of each planet, offering your guests an immersive experience.
The "New London" should embody metropolitan sophistication, the "Cambridge" the serenity and refinement of its natural and academic heritage and the "Carlisle" the rugged bold spirit of Bretonia’s frontier.
The liners will follow your cabin specifications precisely, with space allocated for various entertainment venues such as bars, restaurants, and clubs. We look forward to providing you with preliminary designs for your feedback, ensuring they meet your standards and appeal to your guests.

I have to say I am Impressed by the speed of BMF and the Quality that you Deliver. OS&C also has some Teams of Interior Designers that we employ for Redesignes and more Simple Internal Modifications of the Liners that are not require any Shipyards. But with how much I have already seen from your Added Concepts I have to admit that our Specialists are not needed this time. I have to say that I love your Ideas for these 3 Liners and that they will truly become the Crown Jewels of Orbitals Bretonian Fleet. These 3 Concepts for the Liners are absolutely Spot on and are perfect. We would also like you to help us with the Designes for Restaurants and Pubs on board, i think after you have already shown so much amazing Concepts we will simply let you go all the way and Put the Designe Concept of the Whole ship into your Hands. This would of course also Include the Looks of the Cabins.
As for my Own Liner you can expect the Velvet within the next 2 Days. The Ship is Curently at Curacao and i Intend to Fly with it over to Isle of Skye Drydock. I would Like to see more of your Ideas for the Liners and of course Sign the Necessary Contracts and the Paperwork. I know we can do this over the Neural Net, but i am a Bit Old Fashioned and like to shake the hands of my Buissnes Partners. You also dont have to worry about the Crew Being Armed when they arive at Isle of Skye Drydock, i have Orderd for the Ships Security Officers to Remove all Weapons and Non of them will be staying on board. We will only leave some of our Engeniers on Board so they can Learn from your Pepole how to Maintain the Refurbished Red Velvet. And of Course the Cooks, Barkeepers and Waitresses, the Most Dangerous Thin you will find on board of the Velvet will be a Kitchen Knife.
