To whom it may concern, I'm now-Special Constable Beurling. With my formal transfer to the CDI, I've discovered the disappointing (but probably expected) fact that the BPA has abruptly withdrawn from any and all maintenance contracts with them. This wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for the fact that I had a requisitioned "Crusader" superiority fighter in my possession since my time at Scotland Yard, which I had asked to be transferred with me. I'm therefore asking if the Armed Forces might be able to allocate some of the surplus to keep it well oiled and in working order. We have the hands, but we are very short of supplies and tight on budget. Any assistance in this matter would be appreciated.
