[Balance] Osiris Hard Points

Bug: Hard Point slot 9 and 10 cant fire 360

Reproduction Steps:

• Log Osiris
  
• Select hard points 9 and 10
  
• Fire these weapons
  

Additional Information: Hello, I dont know if this is a bug or intended for the new balancing of capital ships but as long as I can remember these two slots were always 360 and mainly used for flak placements. Now they only face backwards and I also noticed a lot of the secondary hard points cant fire forward. Thanks for your time!
