Subject .......... Pygar supplies from MFE Academy
Dear Mr. Anderson,
I hope this communication finds you well.
For an extended period, the Academy has been supporting the Pygar community with essential supplies like food and oxygen. Initially, these were sourced from various locations, including the Academy and other bases. Recognizing the need for a more sustainable solution, we expanded our hydroponics bay to cultivate these items in-house, eliminating the reliance on external suppliers.
This expansion has not only ensured sufficient supplies for the Academy but also generated a significant surplus, which we have regularly transported to Pygar.
In a previous communication, I informed you that the surplus goods are readily available for collection at the Academy. Our own vessel lacks the capacity to both procure hydroponics supplies and transport goods to Pygar. With the new administration in place, I anticipated your cooperation in arranging for the collection of these essential items.
Today, I learned from our transport pilot, Ben, that he had a brief and amicable encounter with the Phoenix pilot commanding "Thelema." Ben informed the Phoenix pilot that the goods were available for pickup at the Academy. In response, the Phoenix pilot indicated that supplies were already being delivered from Kadesh.
While I am pleased to hear of your active support for Pygar, I would like to emphasize the logistical advantages of sourcing supplies from the Academy. Its proximity significantly reduces travel time and associated risks for your crews. Furthermore, the Academy can only maintain the quality of these perishable goods for a limited duration.
Therefore, I kindly request your decision regarding the preferred source of supply for Pygar: Kadesh or the Academy. This will enable us to adjust our production accordingly and prevent the accumulation of excess goods that may ultimately be wasted due to storage limitations or quality degradation.
In the meantime, please know that the Academy is happy to assist in other ways, such as providing medical support and training.
Sincerely,
Jill Xi, PharmD, Director, Med Force General Academy, Omicron Theta Med Force Enterprises

Indeed, much of our trade fleet is currently chartered with contracts for a variety of goods for the planet and Corfu. Primarily necessities, so some surplus products on Kadesh have been redistributed to Pygar to replenish its inventory.
You are right about the logistical issue, many of the ships make the long journey to Pygar from the Omicron Delta side. I will inform our Trade and Mining Department of your proposal; if supplies are available, you can count on them to help - since Pygar is willing to accept humanitarian aid like a black hole, we need more outlets for a steady supply. The more sources, the better.
I think you don't have to worry about an oversupply of basic necessities, as we need to replenish provisions in case of any force majeure - be it a major sandstorm, jump hole collapse or a blockade.
As for your suggestion about staff training, I will pass it on to my superiors immediately. This subject knowledge can come in handy literally anywhere, but especially on Kadesh Orbital City due to the surge of new settlers.
