[Equipment] - PT-HN D6 Engine wrong infocard

Bug: PT-HN D6 Fission-Fusion Hybrid Motor Mk I infocard says it's 350 m/s theoretical speed while real is 525 m/s.

Reproduction Steps:

• Dock at Atacama base.
  
• Find that engine.
  
• You'll see the bug.

The real bug here is that there are no less than 5 engines with 3 different cruise speeds (in the current dev repo) using this infocard.
