I'm having a few bugs with FL Stat and FL Companion, two standalone programs that many of you know to be alternatives to the laggy FL Datastorm, which I personally despise. Now, I've had a few glitches with FL Stat and FL Companion, however. For some reason, I feel that they might be related.
I'm running Vista 64-bit Home Premium.
My Glitch in FL Stat
The first time I used FL Stat, it worked perfectly, and uploaded all the data from the .ini's. However, when the updates of 4.86 came out, I deleted the original FLStatData(made after the first time you run FL Stat), and tried to reload the new .ini's. Strangely, it worked, but the FLStat only showed the things that were in vanilla. To get it to work somewhat, I had it scan the Discovery mod itself in the FLMM folder, but certain things are missing, such as the stats and infocards for some ships and weapons.
My Glitch in FL Companion
Similar to the FL Stat glitch. I install FL Companion, and it runs fine, with all the new systems in Discovery 4.86. When I close out, and run it again from the shortcut, it opens, but only shows vanilla data...
In order for me to get it to show Discovery 4.86 data, I have to reinstall FL Companion all over again.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

it seems to be something with your game folders.
Make sure you reload from the right place and that you don't have another copy of FL installed, you might want to try to re-install the game itself with the mod. and the programs after you done installing the game and updating the proper mod.
