As you can see from Philippe's comments on the matter, this issue has crossed discussion.
There is much concern amongst the Conseil du Nord over your group.
We feel you may be abusing your access to areas that the Council, as a whole, control.
To me, this is a clear declaration of hostilities against everything we have fought for.
While we are on the subject, sir.
Chalons-en-Champagne Station seems to have record of either you or one of your own taking commande of one of our Obstinate class vessels.
It is of course to be returned immediately. In one way, or another.
There will be no discussion on this matter, however you may request for continued use of our more easily produced weaponry.

Oh boy looks like I really need friendly escort when going through frenchie territory now. As a trader and esteemed supplier I will happily glass your frenchie guards. But as said before me I will refuse to pay any tax/tariff/toll no other 'house' in sirius does it so why waste your time. I can't wait to greet your 'GSF' with my trader convoy of fully armed friends....that is if you don't soon remove that palsy taxation ploy...Although it may sound like a threat it totally isn't...
But enough of me being 'mean' and 'unlawful, I love gallic space, it is cleaner and is usually quiet(no Security forces!). By all means tax those LSF/BAF/KNF/RM but please leave us dear traders out of your taxation. It really does hurt our moral when traveling through such ummm..'peaceful' territories.

They are worth $1,000,000 USD if you find someone willing to do such a trade.
Why So SIRIUS?...(Give credit to my brother for this one XD)
Lo and behold! Our dear Tenacity will return in 20days!

I am afraid whatever Vessel we have purchased is greatly Needed by our forces, Do not Forget Vampirs have spilt Many a Blood in many a battle for the LPR when you were facing plus 10 GRN Ships and there was only 3 LPR Vampirs came to your aid, One rookie of mine even went into battle with no Armor for you. So Please watch your tongue when you talk of us with Such Distain. We are hunted constantly by the GRN and most of the time we are the only force of good against the Corrupt Royals where LPR are not to be seen. It almost seems as if we are doing your job for you Mon Amis.
Please which ever traders we tax we are bound to by our very existence to do so. To ask us not to is Incomprehensible, there are of course those that we do not Tax. You say you are trying to build allies in sirius as this is why you have Opened our Gates to the Masses, we have sheltered many who have come to visit gallia in search of the Council in search of allyships namely the Corsairs for one. Yet when you are no where to be seen they leave Disgruntled if had not been for us, for we speak for you in your absence about what you seek in terms of friendship and even alliances with our own group.
Thus do not speak nonsense that we are aiming to destroy everything that you fight for!!!
Please M'sieur take back all that you have said about us I feel let down, show us that our efforts have not been Thrown back in our faces ?????
C'est ridiculous! I myself have escorted a 'Mand a Lorian' representative to Planet Quillan, completely free of charge.
And as for le Cruiser, it was not simply 'taken command of', it was -purchased-. We are more than happy to provide such economic munificence to le Council in exchange for your shipyard surplus. If the money for some reason did not show up in your coffers, it is to the manager of Chalons that you must speak, not us!
//OOC deleted.
Be kinder than necessary, because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

//Seriously. The Brigands ID specifies that we are able to fly cruisers. Do you suggest that we get them from the GRN? Are you questioning our right to fly them, or the uses that we put them to? Because we have had multiple encounters with GRN cruisers where a cruiser of our own would have been extremely useful!
Let us calm our Tongues mon amis we do not want a flame De Fest, but i will say after all the bloood spilt upholding Council Ideals and keeping back the royals. We have even died in battle by teh side of council pilots, we have earned Rights marked in Blood. We demand a little respect and common Professional Courtesy Merci
Respect?
I shall give you gentlemen respect once you start taxing with legitimate reasons and somewhat sensical motives that aren't simply results of the primal impulses which every common pirate has fallen prey to.
Previously, I came across... one of your... members... who attempted to tax me in Orkney, despite the fact that I wasn't even going in to Gallia. He also attempted to tax my cargo, despite that I wasn't carrying anything but some personal supplies of food and water.
When I refused to pay the tax, as I wasn't going in to Gallia and didn't have any cargo I was selling, he opened fire.
Surely, of course, this could be merited as a pure misunderstanding, couldn't it?
Your motivations, Vampires, are completely pure, blameless, and not to be doubted at all, correct?
Actually, not really, no.
I suggest you wrap your corruption and avarice in more becoming rags, gentlemen.

My apologies of course. As I have seen ships with the same names as those of the ships I have seen destroyed I had assumed the pilots had survived in escape pods and gotten new ships.
As for courtesy, I believe I have extended as much as I am willing. If you had not fought by our side then I would have not given you a warning, I would have immediately declared you hostile. I understand your need to conduct 'business', but I will not have you damaging the reputation of the Gallic people if it can be avoided, and unlawful acts such as killing non-hostile innocents will be not be tolerated in Council space. Additionally I dont think we share a common profession as the LPR are freedom fighters and most of the Brigands I have known are pirates and mercenaries, feel free to correct me if I am wrong though.
In regards to the council capital ship(s) in your possession, you did not buy them from the council, the dock master charged you for their construction costs, nothing more. Considering our manufacturing capability is extremely limited he should not have turned one over to you at all, especially without the consent of a high ranking member of the Council. He also failed to record any type of transaction, making me wonder if he he turned them over to you at all or if you acquired them by other means (//in other words, write some RP for it, it is in the rules that you need to). Regardless, if the Council high command deems you untrustworthy and asks you to return the ship(s) you will do so, or else we may have to take drastic action, and I dont think either of us wants to see that.
How shall I phrase this politely? Go take a long walk on a short pier - yeah, that sounds about right. Or go soak your head in a bucket. And of course, enjoy a nice spacewalk without an environment suit.
I've visited your flea-bitten section of the galaxy, and I'm really trying to figure out what or why you're acting so high and mighty. (Actually, I've visted nearly EVERY section of the galaxy, so I do have some nice things to compare you to.) Now - there are some very nice places to visit there in Gallia, and I've already made some friends and contacts, even starting to set up some trade with some Council people. Because guess what - there are things your people lack that the regular houses in Sirius have aplenty, and your people have some special items that are worth quite a bit elsewhere.
But - a tax like you are proposing?
You know what we call people that do that? Pirates. Scum. Filth. Oh, and lazy buggers who are afraid of an honest days work. That, or typical government lackies.
There's a reason I travel well armed and well defended. So please - feel free to try to tax me. You won't like the results, unless you're actually able to breathe well in a vacuum.
End ...
Wait, one last thing...
I wave my private parts in your general direction...
Now...
End Transmission...
