Bug: Nishiara station has an unusuable docking point due to the drydock being a collision obstacle.

Reproduction Steps:

• Trying to dock on the fighter point facing towards the drydock attached will cause the ship to collide with the drydock hitbox and stop, softlocking the player in the docking cutscene,
