Regarding your application for a full pardon from the state of Liberty:
Admiral Hale is currently indisposed, but I have recieved his signature for the following agreement regarding your application. Attached to this transmission is a copy of your amnesty agreement. Should you choose to accept... well, that is detailed in the agreement.

This is a letter detailing the Liberty Government’s response to one Saronsen Nighten’s request for a pardon on his own behalf. This man’s previous history and list of crimes include:
Opening fire with intent to kill on civilian, police and military vessels (Attempted Murder). Penalty is Death.
Extorting money from lawfully aligned trading vessels (Piracy). Penalty is Death.
Kidnapping of civilian, police and military personnel (Kidnapping). Penalty is releasing captives.
These are the most notable of Saronsen Nighten’s crimes.
Individual incidents of these illegal activities are far too numerous to list. Suffice to say, the Liberty Government, with information supplied by the Liberty Navy and incident reports provided in the secure communications channels, is not impressed.
However, we are well aware of the skills that you have, at both covert operations and escaping unharmed in the face of insurmountable odds. This, combined with your willingness to participate in the frankly unenviable task of being an intelligence agent has persuaded some key individuals to consider your amnesty.
Here are the following terms:
The state of Liberty will provide the following:
Full pardon and amnesty to Saronsen Nighten.
This means, none of the Liberty forces will open fire on your vessel without due reason. These vessels include any clearly labelled as belonging to you.
This also means, your crimes will be effectively erased from your record within Liberty. You will be able to start again, and raise your child in a way befitting of a citizen of Liberty.
Travel free from hindrance whilst obeying the law of Liberty.
This means, you will be treated as an ordinary, law abiding citizen. As such, none of the Liberty forces will stop you without good reason. If any corporation escorts or civilians open fire on your vessel, the forces of Liberty will be obliged to help you drive them away.
The name which you use to re-enter the Lane Hackers will be noted and distributed privately to pilots in the Liberty Navy, Liberty Security Force and Liberty Police Inc. This is to allow pilots to know who not to shoot in an engagement between a group of unlawful and lawful elements of Liberty.
Unfortunately, we of the Liberty Government cannot guarantee anything with regards to the Bounty Hunters Guild. They work of their own accord and against their own targets. However, if you come under fire from Bounty Hunters without good reason, the Liberty Navy may or may not provide assistance. That is at the discretion of the commanding officer on duty.
The individual Saronsen Nighten will provide the following:
Intelligence regarding Lane Hacker activities.
This means, regular fortnightly (bi-weekly) reports on general Lane Hacker movements as well as detailed documents about Lane Hacker attacks on civilians and military vessels.
Intelligence regarding Lane Hacker allies and their activities.
This means, regular fortnightly (bi-weekly) reports on general pirate movements as well as detailed documents about pirate attacks on civilians and military vessels.
Both of the above can be combined in your reports. You can also discuss your findings privately with members of the High Command of the Liberty Navy or the Liberty Security Force, but preferably both at the same time on secure communications of your choosing.
Saronsen Nighten will also abide by the following:
Whilst flying his clearly labelled ships, he is not to break any of the Laws of Liberty.
Whilst flying his undercover ships, he is not to inflict major damage to any lawful entities, even in a battle, unless receiving heavy fire. For example, you can ‘accidentally tag’ one of your wingmen with a mini-razor. You can also ‘accidentally miss that battleship’ with your supernova antimatter cannon.
Whilst flying his undercover ships, he is not to actively participate in piracy of any ship. Refer to the above point on how to avoid rousing suspicion.
Not fulfilling any of the above will result in the amnesty being void.
If the hackers catch wind of your operations for the liberty lawful forces, we will not be offering you any protection. This is a strictly covert job, and you will be operating entirely on your own. The navy legally accepts no responsibility for your actions under the contract detailed above.

It seems that you're not interested, or you've missed this notification.
If you intend to sign up to these conditions or negotiate any terms, you have seventy two hours to reply. Note, this is not seventy two hours until the deal itself is closed. You have only to reply, perhaps asking for a time extension to allow you to understand the terms set forth by us. However, if you do not reply, then you will be treated as the forces of Liberty have always treated you; as a hostile entity to be punished for his crimes.
I apologize for the delay in my response, as I was kept busy with other dealings, and was unable to keep up to date with my messages.
The terms on this contract are very agreeable, but I request something additional.. Perhaps not power over your forces, but the ability to tell them to turn and leave, incase they risk myself becoming exposed, or ruining a plan I would have set in action.
Your forces would not have to comply, but it would be very wise for them to do so, in hopes that your own, and possible first informant would be able to bring in much need information about the Lane Hackers.

I've consulted with Admiral Hale and your suggested addition is fine. Of course, your requests to Liberty personnel may not be accepted at the discretion of the officers on duty, if they deem that the group that you are with constitutes an immediate threat. However, those officers who hold rank will be informed by the admiral in due course, your ships that are to give out recommendations to Liberty Navy personnel.
You have only to send myself or Admiral Hale a list of your ships that you will be flying when operating undercover, and we will distribute this accordingly. You should send either one of us this information privately.
I do anticipate that there may be difficulties if you only encounter lower ranked officers whilst plying your new trade. Therefore, though you may not need reminding, stay on your guard mister Nighten.
Then it is settled. We both agree upon each others terms.
I will forward the callsigns I will be using soon, and I will be sealing the data within these communications so it cannot be intercepted in the future.
