Well a lot of us see that we have way too less Outcast NPCs around Malta, you rarely see a Destryoer, but that is all. In fact, there are more Freelancer or Bounty Hunters in Alpha than Outcasts, and its our home system. When i look at Liberty i dont pass a system without seeing a huge fleet of NPCs, i know that Malta is not like Liberty, but its just nothing there.

Discuss!

I don't think it's a problem. We usually have at least 4 player dessies sitting in front of Malta + 2 dreds anyway.

Not really, when i am on i mostly see only fighters or Bombers, rarely i see another Destroyer. Ive only seen Dreadnaughts when we had an emerency call. Moonwalker is sometimes there.

But even, if no one is there, i dont see anything flying around. Just me and the planet.

Every House system has a lot of Players in Capships, especially Liberty and they still have a huge amout of fleets. So a few Bomber/Fighter NPCs wouldnt hurt Alpha.

I was one time in theta yet, and directly run into a Corsair Osiris.

If there are a lot of players online, it's normal that you don't see many npcs, especially cap patrols, which are more rare anyway.

wait, you dont see any caps a malta???? on my corsair in the last raid, there were 2ish gunboats, about 2 dessies, and a dreadnaught. and THEN there were the fighter/bombers(yeah, we got swarmed) but maybe they saw us coming, i dont know.
anyway, im not there much, but right outside the JH to alpha is usually swarming with npc's. but other than that, i dont have a outcast, so i cant judge the npc level too well.

*cough* because there was an emergency call in Skype. And you attacked with 4 Battleships and more, so dont moan about that, and i dont want to go off-topic

I rarely see NPCs, sometimes there is a fighter swarm aroun the Tau Jumphole, but normally there is nothing. No Outcast NPC at all. I am talking about that there are more Hostile NPCs than Outcast NPCs. As i said, there rarely is a Destroyer NPC flying around and a little swarm at the Tau Jumphole, nothing more.

Outcast NPCs fewer in number than those hostile to them, you say?
Where would that be, eh?
Perhaps in Tau 37 where the Outcast Sabre NPCs outnumber and outgun the IMG and Bounty Hunter ones by a ratio of 3:1?
Or the ones in Tau-23, where they travel in packs of 10, while the IMG ones travel in packs of 3 or 4, and are of lower level than them?

I personally don't see any need for more Outcast NPCs, especially capital ones.

I think moving some from the Tau's to Alpha would not hurt. The ratio's in the Tau systems are really off as far as I have seen.

The factors of the NPC spawn versus the Player spawn when the server is full might actually prevent any addition of patrols, given that there are already scads, but they don't spawn when the server is full.

It's most empty around 0600~0800 GMT.

I'm guessing that you don't play around that time.

I wasnt talking about Capships fleets in Alpha, just Bombers/Fighters. I dont know how its looking in the Taus but Alpha is our home and its ridiculous weak protected.
