There is several GC bases but the main one is in Hoikkaido, called Ainu Depot. i cant remember the exact location but its something like C6- I might be totally wrong though as im doing it from memory, if im wrong, post back here and im try my best to get the right coordinates for ya.

Also i would recommend that you do not go there with Lilly- especially if you are carrying on with the "Impossible" Part Dk part Human story ( impossible for reasons that have been explained to you many times in your feedback thread.) and especially if you get caught with the truth.

Hokkaido has Ainu Depot - that's probably the easiest to find and get to. In the west of the system.
