Docking an asteroid miner with the Barrier Gate........not a good idea.

Since the mooring points are so close to the modules and the asteroid miner is so large no matter how much i twist and wiggle i cant seem to get it to budge. So you recon you could get me relocated to somwhere a bit more........undockable? The closest station or planet would be ideal. Thanks a bunch.

Character name is:

use /stuck

it'll make the base impermeable (however it's spelt) so you can just fly through it

Have you tried using the /stuck command? I've had to use this a few times and it works great.
