Bahamut has been warned owing to a report posted for:

3.2 Flaming, threats and insulting (in any form) other members, factions, server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.

3.4 Out-of-character (OOC) chat should not be used for system chat, except in emergencies. Fines will be levied according to the severity of the offence, and the number of times it has occurred.

Consequences: Warning Only. Minor insults, and minor OORP in system chat.

Notes: Warned only, but watch that sort of thing.
