This is Richard T. Cromwell, Captain of the Queen's Crusader, Royal Destroyer of her majesty.

The Queen's.Crusader
- Royal Destroyer
- is often seen in bretonia and liberty space
- will avoid to enter Kusari Space under most circumstances
- might enter Liberty Space for diplomatic reasons but
- will subordinate to all local police units in Liberty Space
- can be seen in other border systems because of missions in the name her majesty


Captain Richard T. Cromwell
Richard T. Cromwell was born in 748 as the son of an high rank bretonian military officer, so he became one too.
Later he was pushed out of the military service because of an injury.
This injury happened shortly after his only son were infested by the keepers but freed himself and got killed by them.

A few years later the Queen herself was looking for encouraged captains for a very secret agency, by
that Richard received new living will and started to become an absolutely fanatic loyalist to her majesty.

Beside of this, he sworn to avenge his son.
