My old account got deleted when I went on summer vacation. I finally got this new one working well, is there a way to put my account on a do not delete due to inactivity list?

PS I apologize if this has been asked before - i could not find it.
i think it is possible, but the admina no longer do it. it causes server instablity or something.
my advice would be to find someone who will log onto them once or twice for you.
i would be willing to do it if you have no better choices.
