What's going on? The server's gone from my list after disconnecting me 2 or 3 times

Most probably you got banned for cheating. Likewise, you used a speedmod or such.
If it isn't that, you can appeal to get unbanned somewhere here on the board.
And if it isn't modding at all, PM an Admin.
In a brilliant tactical movement, i charged backwards.
