Cruisers Bots and Batteries

I understand when the rheinland cruiser have 825 bb cause of its 390k hull,
but i don't quit understand the praefect having 750 bb with 315k hull while one of it's main
enemys the hessian cruiser have 825 bb (as same as the rheinland cruiser) and 315k hull
(same as praefect hull). Is this made on purpose so that the hessian are made stronger than the praefect
or is it just a miss?

(have a hessian cruiser so i ain't complaining much bout the extra bots and batteries, but is it ment to be
like this. Always thought bb depended on the ships hull)

It's intended. The Hessian cruiser is arguably the nastiest heavy cruiser out there both in-rp and in the game.
