Too many Indy Order Capships

I have recently started playing an order char (In a Nepthys)
and I have noticed there seems to be more Order Indy Capships than the official order faction+ indy fighters/bombers combined.
Alot of the Indy Caps do not seem to rp well enough as a capship, and often have odd names.
Today I met a Geb and a Hathor whos purpose is "To kill all Bounty Hunters and Nomads" who want to "Be different from everyone else". They sat outside Isis randomly firing weapons at each other.
I put forward that Order Cap ships should only available to players in the Official order factions, or that order caps be fully regulated by the official Order faction, with a forum post with the capships crew manifest, story, etc being mandatory, as well as proof of trustworthyness and rp skill. One of the biggest problems with caps is there being too many in the hands of players who often should belong on the pvp servers, or who really ought to be recieving instruction in a fighter before they zoom around in a cap.

oh yea..most of them are Light Carrier, they are spammed alright?

oh, faction used to have the rights to take indis's caps away from them, but the rules got shotdown after that rules stands for awhile

Well, a rule that gave factions the ability to restrict capital ships was brought into discussion, but apparently the majority started screaming that it would take freedom away from the indies!

At the thread creator, well stated. Today you saw a GB and an LC that had an incomplete idea of what to do and were not wearing faction tags, hence, all independents should be restricted.

Restriction fits in with Rp anyhow. Don't see why the Order would build capships and then just give them to any cowboy who have a few hundred mill.

Well I believe your vocabulary extends beyond 'engaging', 'bh', 'keppars', 'die', so you won't have trouble.

An independent is just as much a part of The Order as the Order|.

When you have the ID and the ship, you are in command and you have a position of command within The Order.
