Discovery Equipment and Ship Market Bugs

During the course of 4.85 development quite a few ini files were rebuilt from scratch in order to clean up the mess that they had going in them. This includes the equipment and ships sale locations. While the system for rebuilding these files was fairly efficient and there don't seem to be many bugs, some may have of course slipped through.

So post here about bases that are selling ships/equipment that is illogical for them to sell, or are not selling enough equipment, or any other bugs that you may encounter in relation to ship and equipment sale.

Note: Capship turrets now require positive rep with the faction that is selling them in order to be bought. Cruiser and BS turrets need full green rep of the faction that owns the base in order for you to be able to buy them. This is a feature, not a bug.

Is Nova Torpedoes (The ammunition) only being sold on a few select bases also a feature, and not a bug?

Well, the idea was that only bigger or more central bases should sell nova torps, however that can be discussed.
