I'm curious, because in Liberty you have the xenos, who fight the outsiders.
In Rheinland, well, almost every pirate fight against the LN.
In Bretonia, I've seen Mollys attacking to the KNF. Gaians and corsairs not.
But in Kusari, I've not seen one single pirate fighting against the outsiders, and I though Kusari was so reserved.
In my opinion, Blood Dragons shouldn't. They want to restore an even more isolationist Kusari, so, as to why they'd side with QCP is beyond me. GC makes sense, though.

The Farmer's Alliance and Hogosha (Kusari Junkers, pretty much, though not quite) will side with the KNF against outsiders. The GC are well-known to be supporters of Bretonia in the war. The Blood Dragons as well, though more because it suits their desire to topple the government so they can revert to Hideyoshi's whatever.
I've no idea what you mean. The BD are only marginally friendly to Bretonians, on occasion. The GC, who may be the best represented pirates, yes. But the other 'unlawfuls' of Kusari...are...how do we say...mad at us brets. They, on occasion, invade our territory, and definately shoot us down when we're in theirs.

Although I can understand this opinion, I think it very narrow sighted. The Blood Dragons come from a time when Kusari was even more conservative and want to reinstate that empire without the corruption of today. They are isolationists just as Kusari was before.
They are basically the samurai. They hold honor above anything else. The only Kusari which might possibly have less honor than a gaijin is the FA, Samura or Hogosha. Even against these opponents, though, they may have more honor than a gaijin, which would mean that the Blood Dragons would rather side with lawful Kusari than potentially friendly gaijin. Afterall, you have a delicate culture you wish to restore, why would you invite a gaijin into Kusari to ruin this culture? Bretonia has no sense of honor or at least an inferior one to the sense of honor Kusari has. It is better to side with a dishonorable enemy than a dishonored stranger. This is especially so if that enemy understands your culture.
EDIT: I don't think I phrased that right. As a general rule, Kusari are a more honored than gaijin, unless proven otherwise, on either side. As a culture which respects honor above all else, would you rather side with an honored foe who understands your culture and gives you the same respect that you give him, or an outsider who understands nothing of your culture and what you're trying to achieve? I do believe the Blood Dragons would pick the former.

Please do read my faction history and rules reguarding the war and bretonians. Its basically just my view that the Blood Dragons pay no view in the war. The more it continues, the better. If bretonians invade, then the Blood Dragons will have to drive them out again, but if Kusari wins, then we will have to fight to take over more land - more resources and more personell to build and fund their warships, therefore making it harder for us to destroy them. Therefore, the ]bd[ generally leave them alone.
However, within Kusari, we will shoot the KNF first before the QCP. Once the KNF are dealt with, we will negotiate with the QCP, depending on their views on us. We have no problem with them in Kusari, as long as they don't fire on us, but be aware this is just for the ]bd[.
