hi guys this is prob a simple one for you all .If a craft or weapon is designated as civilien then is it available for all to use, yes seams the obviouse answer to me as available for public perchase [civilien] there fore is it useable by faction members being on the open market for instance outcast in an eagle ? Wish i saw bounty hunter post before hand ,thanks guys a problem solved D

pretty much yeah. but there are typically factional weapons you can access that are far superior.

Any Non gallic human can use civy craft. Sabres Are better than eagkes imho
