Hello, I'd just like to use this post to introduce myself to the community. Sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum. Yesterday was my first day playing any FL mod and FL online. And so far it's a very enjoyable experiance. I found it to be very challenging but still fun. Today I witnessed what was appearently a fairly large battle between the Corsaire guard and the BPA (I think) over planet Leeds. I have to say I was most impressed with the pilots on both sides. I've already gone throught the rules and read some totorials for new players but any other help or advice would be appreciated. I'd espacially like to know what some of the major factions are. I'm still comeing up with a story for my character. Thanks.

Hello and welcome. It is good that you have already acquainted yourself with the rules. If you would like to know more about the NPC factions you can get a lot of info about them on the wiki here. If you want to know more about player factions you can leanr about them here on the wiki or on the faction status thread.
