I had a Gallic char a while back before I sold it due to lack of use. I was wondering, just how much action is there in Gallia? I've been thinking of making another GRN, so I was wondering if making the char was worth the time..
Yea those guys are on fairly often. I'm just interested to know if there's enemies to fight...Only thing I did remotely close to PvP was kick a few traders out of Dauphine.
Well, according to RP, The council and GRN should not really be engaging to much right now, atleast not in capital ships. The Council really shouldnt be on the offensive either as we are busy digging into languedoc and champagne and working in Sirius.
The GRN on the other hand is amassing a fleet in Dauphine so as to take back Languedoc and probably wouldnt be wasting resources launching to many attacks before then. Perhaps a few to determine enemy strength or as a diversionary tactic, but other than that prolly not.
The place it would make the most sense for there to be any fighting between those two groups would be in Burgundy, where the GRN prolly wants to route out the council infiltration.
As for GRN vs. others, thats a little more likely according to RP. Perhaps not the maquis, unless they catch you away from major fortifications, as they are more of a hit and run group, but definitely lots of brigands and perhaps the occasional UC.
As for player populations of these groups, there was a big UC group, dont know what is going on with that now, there was a small ish brigands group, used to see them on fairly regularly, there are 2.5 council groups (on that is technically two groups but the operate the same, just have different leadership, and then my faction). We dont seem terribly active, I know my group isnt and I dont see much of the other two. I guess no one in the council is motivated to play much, I dont know why as I love it.
