There are several locations that are effectively clones of other stations. Durban in Omega 56 has way too many Kusari people in it - because it's a clone of another base. You'll see that in many of the added systems - which can make the informatin that the npc's want to give you quite amusing. They'll say stuff like how they haul material through Rhienland - when they're on the OTHER side of Sirius.

Oh, and don't forget that Dabadoru also has a 5K exclusion field around it for miners as well - and no, we really don't think it's a good idea for a Junker ID'd ship to even THINK about docking there. (That would be SO oorp it's not funny.)
