New char reputation

not sure if this is the right place to post this but...
i activated Discovery and selected new characters on server rep to be NOMAD. i then logged on to my lan server and started to play, but as soon as i encountered a nomad, i found a problem. it was hostile!

shouldn't it have been friendly since i said new chars should be nomad?

Reputation whilst playing on a server is set by a server?

Which may mean your server needs that program to operate servers. (Name escapes me, someone else will come along and post.)

IONCROSS Freelancer Server Operator would be the name of the program, may i also suggest downloading Seth Karlo's Freelancer Pack. It has the operator plus a few other helpful programs.

It is, but it doesnt give you any of the options that the Ioncross one does.
