X walked into the open room, looking around its dark walls, the dull glow of his newly finished armor looked like starlight in comparison to the dark, eerie 'lounge'... He walked over and sat down at an empty table, while other mysterious looking people sitting, talking quietly, with the soft sound of music in the background...
After 5 minutes sitting down, he walks over to the bar... "Strongest thing you have, quick." He put down a 20 and waited for the bar tender to hand it to him. He picked it up "Thanks... Keep the change.", he walked over to the table and sat, having a drink and reading over some data on his holo-pad.
An odd looking man steps into the 'lounge' accompanied by three what looked to be, bodyguards. The man had what seemed like, a semi-gas mask on. Covering most of his face and nose. His left eye was robotic and his right, blood red.
He went over to an eerie couch, which seemed to have been thrown in and out of a tornado, and sat down.
"What brings me hear? Well... Since all of you have done your share of crimes. I suppose telling you all about myself wouldn't come of any harm... I am Dr. Death. And that, is not my real name, It's what people call me. The reason why people call me that... I think you can figure it out yourself. What brings me here you ask? I will not say."
Dr. Death grapped a needle that he had brought, in his pocket, and injected himself with the liquid. He looked at everyone staring at him and said,
Dr. Death stood up and started at 'X' then answered,
"Do i like it? Why yes... Yes I do."
The doctor pulled a tiny box out of his pocket, that seemed to be moving.
"Ehem, allow me to introduce the first of it's kind! An infector... not a normal nomad infecter though... a robotic one!"
The Doctor turned to one of his guards and opened the box. The guard started to run. When the box opened a cyborg-infector came prancing right on out and chased the guard, and then... it got messy. Dr. Death turned back to 'X' and smiled (not seen within his mask)
"Wonderful isn't it? have programmed the little critters to only obey one person... me of coarse! Now... I would suggest someone clean this up..."
Looking down at the body, X held a weak smile under his helmet.
"It'll make good food. But that... Thing, I'm sure ReLIC will have some interest in it, may I see?"
X knelt down over the body, having a look at it, and smelling, like an instinctive reaction... Then he pulled out some kind of injector and removed some blood.
"I'll need this, the genetic diversity of the little ones, is always curious."
"You are a curious one as well... Hm, who is this Relic... fellow you speak of? Oh and i would be careful with that blood sample if i were you. I don't know if it is stable enough to be handled with."
Looking at Dr. Death through his fluorescent blue glowing eye socket, Dr. Death noticed a slight smile on the bottom jaw, showing underneath his helmet.
"ReLIC is not a fellow, ReLIC is a machine, ReLIC is me, I am ReLIC" He taps his head...
