As do I, and I was not the first to fire. Only an idiot would open fire on a gunboat in a transport, even the frigate I fly. Regardless, I dont fire on other junkers, even the ones I hate... even the ones who have turned the rest of the affiliation into a steaming pile of crap by abusing our liberties. Oh, I also dont fire on one character for what other characters under their control have done.

Right..... its amazing how you can play the 1 sided way. How when you show screen shots of all the things you didnt do and take only the ones that will essentially get me banned, you only show your side of the web of lies you create and you get away with it.
You Tenacity shouldnt lie to admins about scenarios, and I suggest you fix your act before you get caught doing it.
I sat beside you for nearly 20minutes without attacking.. and all of a sudden I randomly attacked for NO reason??? Cmon wake up and smell the coffee, Tenacity is pulling the curtains over your eyes and blinding the truth in turn bending it to better suite him. When in fact he attacked me first without any engagement notice and I only defended myself like anyone else would do. But what he did do after taking out my shields is run and stopped attacking me and then started taking screen shots. So he could manipulate them after wards, very intelligent of him.
I've got every moment of the encounter in screens, every line of chat said. Why? Because I knew you were going to attack, it isnt the first time this has happened, and your entire group of Legacy players has proven time and again that you're triggerhappy to the core and dont care about who it effects. Within less than 24 hours of this ANOTHER sanction thread comes up with your name saying that you've attacked OORP against other players. When are you going to learn?
As I've said numerous times before, I never post a sanction report on a first time offense, but I've had almost half a dozen - count that, five seperate encounters with Legacy tagged players where they were blatantly breaking rules and refused to listen to anything anyone said about it. Every single time I've been in the same system as one of your players, I've seen nothing but OORP chat, arguments, engagements with no notice, or attempted abuse of the rules so that you can avoid RP in favor of PvP.
That kind of behavior isnt tolerated by anyone here, it hasnt been since I started playing here over a year and a half ago. You need to learn from what people are telling you instead of shrugging it off and continuing to do as you please.
