[font=Century Gothic]Meine sehr geehrten Damen und Herren.
The maybe worrying message arrived the Kanzler today,
that the Bounty Hunters Guild is acquirering Rheinland Military marked capital equipment.
A Bounty Hunters Guild Core vessel checked into Rheinland sovereign space today,
like the Rheinland regulations regarding capital vessels require.
Also Bounty Hunter Guild Captain Linda Jacobson informed one of our Rheinland Admirals,
about the purchase of several Rheinland capital class weapon systems.
Kanzler Rheinhardt expects a clear answer, why the Bounty Hunters Guild is removing needed Rheinland Military Capital Armament,
from one of our front lines during times of war.
The Kanzler is also asking inquisitively, about the Bounty Hunters Guild self-developed capital weapon systems.
We have informations, that the Bounty Hunters Guild is in the posession of their own capital weapon lines.
This raises the prior question about removing Rheinland Military equipment, from the front lines.

I am perhaps slightly confused about what transpired between Captain Jacobson and your office today. Certainly now the Bounty Hunters Guild has our own line of capital ship weaponry available for use in our newest ships, and that is what we recommend that our ship captains use in their daily pursuit of our enemies. However, certain ships such as my own vessel were built long enough ago - prior to the outbreak of hostilities between Rheinland and Liberty, and even before AP Manufacturing had finished perfecting our own weapons, that they were equipped with surplus weapon from your yards. As time and upgrades have necessitated, they have been replaced with other weapons that came from sources that did not deplete your own vital and needed resources.
I am not aware specifically of why Captain Jacobson came to Rheinland. Did she inquire as to the purchase of older, surplus units which were no longer cost effective for your maintenance crews to refurbish or repair? Or were these units that the Dauman Engineering crew at Oder Shipyard had performed modifications to, and wished to see combat tested prior to upgrading the rest of your weaponry, without actually potentially degrading your own combat potential in case the upgrades proved to be flawed? I know that our APM engineers have worked with the Dauman engineers in the past on such items, and I wonder if this was also a part of this type of study.
In any event, I will make enquiries regarding what specifically transpired. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

[font=Century Gothic]Sehr geehrter HerrDeVirgo,
I am glad to recieve such a fast response from you and your Guild.
The Kanzleramt would be happy to get the full background of the recent purchase
of Rheinland Military Capital Armament, due to assessment of our stock.
The Kanzler agreed with the terms of past contracts between the BHG/APM and Daumann Heavy Constructions,
regarding the tests and purchase of limited Capital Armament.
Your stock of old Rheinland Capital Weapon systems can be upgraded to newer ones,
so the older BHG Core vessels with pre war bought weaponsystems are up to date.
Every new or recently build BHG Core vessel, with the need of Rheinland Military Capital Armament,
should make use of the AP manufacturing BHG Capital weapon systems.
Special exceptions for BHG leading personal could be made,
if the BHG Rheinland Field Office can provide a reasonable reason.
If regular use of these weapons is wished, Rheinland would need a contract regarding the manufacturing of these weapons.
The Rheinland Military is investing a lot of money into the manufacturing of weaponsystems and ships.
Every non Rheinland Military workload would slow down the full capacity manufacturing,
causing financial and war-related resource losses.
