we would like to settle this out of court, but you may not chose to look at it like we do.

today, a man landed a small freighter on planet baden baden, and unloaded two armored millitary vehicles.

he proceeded to destroy five hundred million credits in property, take the lives of thirty seven people, injure one hundred and fourty five more, and cost orbital spa and cruise close to a billion credits in projected revenue loss.

and after disabling the man's tank, the security forces learned that he had been given them, by none other, then the ship called "[IND]Jihad.Trader", a ship piloted by none other then a member of interspaces nueral net division. while we are still trying to discern just who was in charge when the junker was given these vehicles, we have the junkers confession, which any court would accept as enough proof, combined with the serial numbers of the armored vehicles, and the ship tasked with moving them. We are currently reveiwing the evidence to determine the best amount to seek in the forthcoming lawsuit. We currently believe that the courts in rheinland would be most likely to award a sum of two point five billion credits to orbital spa and cruise, for repairing damaged property, replacing lost profit, and of course, paying for the human damage that your employee enabled.

again, orbital spa and cruise has instructed us to attempt to settle out of court.

Dear Sir,

As a prominent law firm, I am shocked at your baseless accusations of our employee Joe Hernandez, piloting the ship Jihad Trader. As you should know, Mr. Hernandez is a courier, delivering goods to a location for profit. The nature of the cargo as well as the use of said cargo is the sole responsibility of the recipient, not the IND or whomever delivers it. Had Mr. Hernandez himself unloaded said cargo and proceeded on a rampage, your actions would be with merit, but given the circumstance that this is not the case, I find your threats of legal action laughable at best.

I strongly suggest you and your client OSC take action against the real perpetrator of these crimes and not the IND. This seems to be nothing more than a pitiful attempt at extortion and if you wish to pursue this matter further, I assure you that your client will be the one paying for our time and trouble. You have no case against the IND sir, so I suggest you seek your reimbursement elsewhere.

Furthermore, I request the name of Orbital Spa and Cruise's CEO so that I may discuss this with him/her further. As a person running a Corporation as large as OSC, I'm sure he will be interested in finding out which employee hired you to pursue this ridiculous claim.
