Beta 4 was not the last one. I've got more bugs to fix and more ship contributions to include. But there's something else that's much needed for new beta preparations.
We need a test server for the beta to track certain error messages and crashes. This is very important for hi-quality release. There were lots of changes, and it's impossible for me to test everything alone. It is also impossible to track crashes and errors on our main server where 10-30 players are online most of the day. Impossible to find out who of those 10-30 caused the error or crash, where did it happen, what could be the reason etc.
What I need is a small server with no more than 1-3 players who agree to spend some time beta testing. Access to server console is much appreciated.
The task is to explore all suspicious places, kill different NPC types, loot different commodities, dock at different stations and test the rooms. Testers will have unlimited resources, ability to test any ships they like, and access to certain administrator-only features.

Chugoku (!!!)

Sigma-17
Might also be tested:
Omicron Minor, Delta and various Nomad systems, Sigma-13
NPC types that need testing (fighting with them, and killing them):
Mission capital ships of all 3 types
All pirate capital ship types
Freelancers of various types
Transport vessels of different factions (trains, transports with cargo or without it)
Maybe, just a thought, the PvP server could be the test server until this beta is finished? Make it passworded, and let a few people onto it to look at things, give them console command acces and what have you.

If you guys need, I could host a server on Disco. I couldn't play on it, and my laptop has better stats than the RP server, so there'd be no lag problems. Just an option.
I could put it back up at every beta, for testing and such.
I am a long-absent Supreme Commander, Executive Commander, Grand Admiral, Fleet Admiral, and Captain in the mighty Hellfire Legion. I have returned, and am on an urgent mission from Drake Thastus to return the Legion to its former glory, and to claim the galaxy for its own. Only then will I be able to rest.
