One Bounty Hunter pilot scanned as BH-nightmare refused to acknowledge Zoner authority outside Freeport 11, regarding the peaceful release of multiple Corsair pilots to the Freeport's care, and ultimately murdering them after jettisoning their lifepods from his cargo bay.
Incident report as follows:
One BH-nightmare repeatedly antagonized an Order carrier outside Freeport 11, the Order carrier held one Bounty Hunter pilot and released them to Freeport care after BH-nightmare demanded their release and fired his Gunboat Razors near the Order carrier. Keeping the peace, the Order carrier merely docked and released the pilot. After such the Bounty Hunter continued to insult my crew and myself along with the Order ship at Freeport 11. Antagonizing to cause a firefight essentially. After a subsequent scan from the Order vessel revealed Corsair prisoners, the Order vessel asked for their release.
After a volley of insults and his leaving of Freeport vicinity, he jettisoned the Corsair pilots and destroyed their life pods, murdering them just 5.3K from the Freeport. Upon persuit, he fled and continued using system-wide comms to antagonize and insult Zoners and Order pilots.
End Report
Personal Note: I, Captain Izii, wish this pilot to be shot on sight if he nears any Zoner base. Though I leave this to the discretion of the Zoner Council, as I am merely a guard pilot.

Greetings
This is Captain Jake Tiberius Of the Iron Legion ship IL-Repentance.
My vessel is the Carrier involved in this incident. The BHG pilot was rude and arrogant (typical BHG). He would not obey nor follow the rules laid down by the COZ in regards to the No Fire Zone around Freeports.
The above report is correct and to the point.
He may have tried to provoke me into a fight but for two reasons it was not to happen.
1. There are laws in place for all Freeports which I will respect (the NFZ).
2. The BHG was in a bomber and I was in a carrier. I will not engage in a fight with a lesser ship than my own.(No honour in it).
Your people do have a tough job at keeping the peace at all Freeports and I will not make it harder for them.
Captain Jake Tiberius 'IL-Repentance' out.

Incident: Violation of direct orders from a Zoner Guard, a Council of Zoner delegate, and multiple violations of Freeport 11 neutrality; attempting to incite combat inside the No Fire Zone, and possible hostage situation.
Outcome: Rescindation of No Fire Zone upon two (2) Mako class battleships, violators "GRAVITY" and "Imitator" cited, exponged, pacified, and contained by Order vessels in Omicron Theta as they attempted to enter Omicron 74.
I've had little incident until recently at Freeport 11, though the incident is as follows.
Two (2) independent Bounty Hunter battleships, Mako design, had made claims they captured an Order pilot and held her hostage a mere 1000 meters from Freeport 11. This, being within our No Fire Zone as upheld by almost all Zoners, was taken as attempts to goad Order ships into open naval combat over what may or may not have been a ruse.
After making three seperate demands they leave the No Fire Zone if they wish to continue with their antics, they ignored my demands outright I might add, I gave Order vessels free targetting rights to rid the two Mako class battleships out of Freeport space. The two Mako vessels that are in this report were labled as "Imitator" and "GRAVITY", one captained by the man known as Mimic, one who's known to antagonize the Order.
On a final note, these two vessels were basing their operations from Freeport 11 and I will leave the incident as it is. The outcome of granting the Order vessels rights to fire on the antagonizers was as I predicted, the Imitator and GRAVITY were shot down and the Order is conducting an investigation into the hostage claims. No further punishment needed in this case, if the captains of each ship survived, they surely have learned their lesson. I will linger around Freeport 11 and the surrounding areas in the immediate future, to ensure a repeat incident does not occur.

I'd like to add that both of these ships directly violated the NFZ by firing mortars into an Order vessel under Kelt's command. I was unable to capture an image as I had just left the station. This was prior to Captain Izii's arrival; they also ignored several orders from me to leave the NFZ. The captain of one of the Makos calls himself Mimic. Again, Captain Izzi, I thank you for your service and help at the freeport that day.

Incident: Engagement of multiple enemies of the Zoners and Zoners Guard, specifically those responsible for the bombings of Freeports 5 and Corfu. An unspecified ally of these enemies was also engaged in assistance to the Corsairs, The Order, and a fellow Zoners Guard captain. Report of combat as follows.
Outcome: Destruction of all enemy vessels, with minimal casualties for the allied parties we moved to assist. One senior gunner sent to medical for wounds during combat, two crewmen sent to medical for minor burns retrieving the senior gunner.
We picked up an Order vessel and captain Marvin's signal in Omicron Gamma while moving to Delta. We heard pilots shouting combat engagements and calling for assistance, so I ordered we deviate from patrol and seek out the Pendulum, which we found being bombarded by multiple (up to four) seperate vessels in a heated engagement. The Corsairs and an Order vessel had been engaged by the Joker and his multiple accomplices. Moving to the defense and to assist, I ordered all combat stations red, and to engage marked targets. We managed to eliminate all threats while suffering only minor injuries to two crewmen, and a more significant injury to our senior gunner, Micheal Dempsey.
After we sorted the Hammer for duty, we resumed patrol to Freeport 11, and no incidents furthermore occured. End report.

While I have no worries of NFZ nor does the company I represent. I will add to this my support for the captain of the IL-Repentance as I recall the day when Corfu and Freeport 5 where assaulted he offered assistance to the Zoner's. Since then I have had many discussion in length with this man and I know he will not lie. Now we have no comment on the attack on The Joker or our stance on anything he has done seeing as there is none. But I ask fellow Zoner's to take his word with out pictorial evidence I know this Jake Tiberius well and I know he does not lie. Thank you for your time and may money find its way into your pocket.

Incident: One (1) Bounty Hunter Thresher-class Cruiser ignoring No Fire Zone warning and openly attempting to destroy vessels within the No Fire Zone. This vessel was earlier scanned and carrying Zoners pilots in it's cargo bay, though it released them without incident, it was clear it'd been wrecklessly firing at vessels within the No Fire Zone either in self-defense or to simply cause mayhem.
Outcome: The ZDFS-Broken.Hammer and crew drove the Thresher into submission and retreat either to the local B.H.G. outpost or out from the Delta system. A severe Ion storm overtook the Sirius sector at this time and we lost track of their signal as we were forced to shut down all systems to preserve the ship's integrity.
I, Commander Izii Helfari, engaged a single Thresher cruiser within the No Fire Zone in defense of a Corsair gunboat that had been within the 5000 meter No Fire Zone well before any engagement was made between it and a Bounty Hunter Thresher cruiser. As stated in a mild addendum of the incident record, he indeed was carrying a Zoner pilot in his hold, and the Freeport's I.F.F. detection guns were locked onto the vessel, no doubt proof of reckless foolishness within the vicinity of F.P. 11. The [ZF]Infinite.Rage stood over watch as I engaged the Thresher. An unpredicted Ion storm wreaked havoc on our navigation and electrical systems as the Thresher's hull began to show signs of depressurization and severe damage. After all systems went offline within the storm, we held our bearing until they recovered. After such we patrolled the No Fire Zone for the Thresher, and saw no trace of it. I am certain the vessel fled from the system, or to Dabadoru station for repairs. As for the Corsair vessel, it survived the engagement and made it's destination. End report.
