Hey there Kurtz ya ol' b'stard!
It seems like it was yesterday when we hunted pirate scum all over the Sirius. I knew even back then that that hot head of yours will get you into troubles one day. And that Omega 3 campaign - wha' was that all about?! It's been a while since me heard anything about ye and then rumours came to me ears about some crazy ex-military, ex-bounty hunter captain bringing havoc and mayhem to outer systems.
Ah knew it had to be ye and was right.
Here's the deal: Me hears even Zoners are turning their back on ye (and they say us Junkers are two-faced) and that ye has trouble in gettin' supplies and weaponry for that wild bunch ye're leading.
I'm ready to use my connections to provide ya lot with everything you need, bringing it to the destination of yer choice.
All me asking in return is that ye pay the symbolic sum of 10 million credits per delivery plus the actual cost of the merchandise in question.
Ye can make yer orders through this channel or try reachin' me Slave Liner called "Junkhead". I is usually tradin' 'round Liberty, but for ye I can come anywhere.
I'm glad ye're still live ye loon [sobs]. Memories of our simple huntin' days still bring tears to me eyes. [coughs clearing his throat]
Anyway, that's mah offer, I hope ye like it and have enough credits to afford it. It's not like ye has too much choice is it nau?
Layne, old friend, I thought you are dead or something [laughs]. First of all, let me tell you that I'm glad that you just contacted me. I was too surprised, I tell you that. Damn!
Instantly I'll tell you - you gotta deal. We are in need of supplies, you got that right. Monkeys at Primus have provided us shelter, good relations and some supplies that we needed, unlike many others. They treat us with respect and are better than humans in a lot of things. But, some supplies are needed indeed.
Construction of secret Apocalypse Battlestation "Lateralus" is going as planned. It is almost complete but it's far from being fully operational. It is going to be a real stronghold, unseen till now. Before that happens, and after that happens, we'd be honored and privileged if you could provide us with items on list I'll deliver to you personally. I can't allow myself to risk too much. I will download coordinates of our meeting after I finish typing this message. Keep it secret, keep low profile in general and keep your routes as much as secretly possible as well. I know I can trust you on this. We didn't fly together for long, but you've always watched my back. I remember that.
P.S. And if you forget to bring some of your home-made ale, don't bother coming! [laughs]
