Greetings Brothers!
I'm A. Brown of the house HAF Unfortunately I'm a prisoner in a jail of the Admins. But my sentence is over.
I have read the treaty imposed by the BAF to ZONERS. :rtfm:
On one hand I think the Zoners They look after their interests with BAF and that are larger than the Corsairs. But on the other side THE ZONERS are nuetral, for what is wrong what they did. Looking very attentive to the treaty and do not forget that violence is a last resort.:nono:
As I GURAD Corsair brother called all the Corsairs Houses that have been damaged in those who pirate ZONERS SYSTEMS named in the treaty. With this we our diplomatic weight to our advantage.

First I would like to reach out to Doc Holiday and the OSI to stop trying to blame others for their involvement in this. Yes, I was the one who signed the treaties on behalf of the Council of Zoners. However, I did not negotiate the terms found on those treaties. That is the work of Samuel Nichols, leader of the OSI, who was operating under Holiday during the time these treaties were being negotiated. My involvement in this affair began and ended with the signing of these treaties. Yes, I had my part and gladly accept whatever criticism comes with it, but I'm not one to tolerate finger-pointing by people trying to wriggle their necks out of a noose they put themselves in, just to put someone else's there.
On the matter at hand, there seems to be a misunderstanding here. These treaties do not restrict the Corsairs from docking Freeport 1 in any shape or form. Nor any others from Ames or Freeport 2. It only gives the houses the right to attack known criminals, this includes them providing the Zoner Council with evidence of criminal acts committed by those people. Only once that is done may they take action within the No-Fire Zone. They cannot shoot you simply because you are a 'Corsair' or a 'Hessian' or a 'Lane Hacker.' This has nothing to do with any one faction, it only deals with known criminals that the houses have provided evidence of.
Aurelia Silvan, your words are disturbing. Please submit evidence of your acusations of the Zoner known as Doc and of the faction known as OSI. I asure you, we have enough anger to divide it between you all.
As for theese so called Criminals.
Let me tell you something. You can go on Crete, go there, bring a shipment of food. Then inform the people in the message command, sector 15, chapter 9 of the communications center, that OPG has sent you for the information regarding Corsair criminals. ((aka all KOS notices we issued in past few months))
You will find that all those Corsair criminals are dead.
Theese so called Bretonians think that their convoys can pass trough our systems and remain untaxed. Ignoring us for good? No, zoner, you have it wrong. We are just taking what's ours. And that makes us criminals in their world.
I know you are not a Corsair and Corsair blood will never run trough you. But when you look at world from my perspective, you will realize that all Bretonia deserves is to be chased out of Sirius.
When we take Cambridge, when we grow enough food, when things calm down and Corsair Nation prospers, then, and just maybe then, we will consider some other laws, but for now, all that passes trough our systems, not aiding us, is our prey. My decision regarding NFZ stays. Deny the docking to freeports, and things will only get more ugly.

Senors,
This entire situation is becoming more farcical by the moment. It seems that the treaty's have been signed by someone who did not negotiate the terms of those treaties and appears to be attempting to say its not all my fault.
Call me old fashioned, but if your name is at the bottom, then you accept the responsibility for it. If you didnt like or agree the terms then why would you sign the document?
Perhaps your new found allies offered an inducement of some sort? Zoners are well known for their love of money
Perhaps we Corsairs did not offer enough of an inducement to have been offered a similar treaty? I suspect that is our own fault for treating with the Zoner Council in an honourable fashion, whilst not considering that they might behave otherwise.
In an effort to clarify a small detail, one way that I define a Criminal is anyone who has ever fired on a Corsair vessel, or is a member of an organisation that has fired on a Corsair vessel.
Any Criminal who fits this criteria deserves to be bought to justice, by whatever means necessary.
This point is currently being discussed within Benitez and at the moment it seems likely that we will join with the OPG in ignoring the NFZ.
On the Brotherhoods behalf, I will state that beyond this farcical treaty, we will not be having any relations with the Council of Zoners, so long as a Representative of our sworn enemy the AW sits at it's lead.
We in the Brotherhood have long memories, it is a shame, I thought our relations with the Zoners were getting better, but if I cannot trust the one leading the CoZ, I cannot trust the CoZ.
My Brothers, please.
:nono:
First of all I ask order. We're not savages as the Oucast accuse us, we must make equality for them. if a baf shooting in FP, we respond with fire, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. Do not forget that we use FP all are good things to look for ships:nyam:.
Let's be civilized for us to talk about where we agree to submit to command Zoner.
HAF Brown:rolleyes:

Senor Brown,
Whilst I cannot speak for other Corsairs, I can speak for the Benitez, and I can confirm that we will never submit to the commands of a Zoner.
Previously we have respected their wishes for a NFZ as they have previously shown themselves to be honourable, and the arrangement has been mutually beneficial.
However, it seems that under the current leadership of the Council of Zoners things may have changed.
First mind that was in my head when i saw that Betlehem paper was: Sephardi, brother, your work failed.
but now, some others ideas are in my head.
Aurelia, listen carefully.
only one time, yes, one time i will hear that these bretonian dogs harmed corsair ship near your so called neutral freeport in something other as self defense, then you, and that freeport, will see what is angry corsair elder...
Hermanos, let's give the situation the moment to develop while some of us take a good night of rest at the bases. Perhaps they will change things tomorrow. In the meantime, I urge the Corsair brethren to round up and visit Cambridge. Take back as much loot as possible, Cadiz has enough fuel to reship you all.
Any prisoners captured can be dropped off at Fes. After interogation they will wake up at Freeport 1.
As for Zoners Holiday and other factioned zoners. I trully hope you are not involved in signing of this treaty. If transcripts that are incriminating you are provided, you will be granted courtesy of 24 hours to voice your objection to it, and provide evidence that it is fake... or whatever. *bah*
My salutations to The Brotherhood and familia Benitez, I am glad the families are cooperating without hesitation, and that alone shows how dire this problem really is.
*cough* Also! Where's the proof of destruction of that loud mouth zoner? Bounty goes up, 5 million.
And Jose Benitez asks, if I didn't like the terms, why did I sign it? Because that's my job, my responsibility as the Chairperson of the Council. Official documents require my signature to become valid, and I can't decide just to invalidate something because I don't like it. The Council of Zoners decided to make this treaty valid as a whole through a vote. I can't go against their wishes. Now, as I said before, I accept what blame is mine for signing this treaty, I did it willingly, and still would have even if I could have said no to it.
However, the Corsairs have overlooked something very crucial. Who decides what is acceptable evidence of criminal acts? The Council of Zoners do. Bretonia can't just brand you a criminal and send a few pieces of evidence to support whatever they accuse you of and that be that. It has to pass through our scrutiny first, and then we decide whether it is sufficient to allow the Bretonians to be granted a No-fire exception.
You'll also notice that the docking privileges of Corsairs have not been revoked in any way. Furthermore, realize the amount of hoops the Bretonians will have to jump through to get us to declare just one Corsair a criminal. Unless you do something grave, such as launch raids into Cambridge from Freeport 1, or bomb a civilian base, we're not likely to do anything to you. But keep in mind, Omega-3 does belong to Bretonia. If we had not signed this treaty, Bretonia would have simply done as they pleased in the system, including the area around Freeport 1. No Corsairs would be safe then. This treaty however, gives Zoners the legal right to declare the area around our Freeport as sovereign Zoner territory, subject to our laws, not Bretonias. Take heart in that, for it is the only reason you'll be able to stay there safely.
For Mr. Sephardi's accusations, perhaps it is not I who has a bias here due to someone's affiliation or allegiance, but he. Many of you might remember that I've taken quite a few steps for the Corsairs, not against them, in my time with the Council. You didn't see me acquiescing to the Privateer's demands that we banish the Corsairs from Omega-49, or stop you from entering Dublin, did you?
You call me a representative of an organization that disbanded two years ago, after its leader's death. I can't help but recall that every time you disagree with something I do or some opinion I hold, you always seem to try to start a personal feud out of it, rather than rationally discussing the situation and the issues of it. I seem to be your justification for rash actions, such as threatening the Council of Zoners last time you attempted to submit a treaty to them, despite the fact that I was not involved in any of that discussion or the decision about it. Please, if you're going to speak of this issue again, make it about the problem at hand, not a personal attack.
