Since Jinx gived some good points, i have remodel it:
- added few dents on the ships hull
- added armor plates on it's head
- remodel the engine chamber
- removed the 'undefined' body hull
- remodeled the head, added camera tubes - eyes
- Scaled the body 10-15% thinner than before.
This Superior AI Core tend to be a Battleship - Light.
The model itself tends to look a lot less weight than before.
In making this model, I was looking at the AI Cruiser while creating textures. However, I do not know how to create a hitbox on Metasequoia (however you spell it) nor putting in textures - sorry:(
Maybe this might be the perfect one - I think. It depends on the community comments.

It might just be me, but the engine seems wanting work. It looks like you tried to turn a hexagonal shape into more of an ovoid, but it clashes from the rear.

On the design aspect, the whole structure seems very fragile. Looks like many thin platforms barely supported by equally thin "walls" of sort... and those huge antennas, which, while adding some sort of mysterious style, has questionable use in the whole of a supposedly machinery entity - as such, with no use to aesthetic decorations really.

You need ms3d for that, just download Seth Karlo's FLPack. (Search for it)
To get the textures, import the existing Harvester cruiser and use the import tool to extract the textures to a file, then close the cruiser and import yours.
Groups are important...You'll probably spend a good four hours just grouping things, only to find you need to modify a few here and there.
Past that is anybody's guess, as I've never gotten that far >.>
