Poe15 and Chris.Hansen have been sanctioned for the following:
Quote:3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Quote:6.2 Ship and equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible.
Quote:6.10 Player reputation and conduct must match player actions. For instance a player may not dock on a base belonging to the persons whom they are attacking or being attacked by.
Consequences:
Poe15: Your reputation has been adjusted to reflect your now-hostile status with Rheinland and you have been fined all your credits and a warning dropped in your hold. Consider yourself lucky.
Chris.Hansen: You have been deemed a traitor to Rheinland for opening fire on a Rheinland Navy vessel without warning, when you yourself are a member of the Rheinland Police, and your reputation and ID has been adjusted to reflect this. Additionally, much of your equipment was rendered inoperative during your battle with the Rheinland Navy fighters and as such has been removed from your vessel. A warning notice has also been placed in your hold. You would do well to sell your current ship, otherwise further action will be taken against you.
