I'm afraid I dont send this transmission bearing good news... our agents have submitted several reports concerning two Corsair Captains who have somehow obtained a pair of our restricted Hathor-Class gunboats, and are using them for piracy and raids across Sirius. As I'm sure you're aware, there is an agreement between our organization and your nation restricting the usage of either group's ships or weapons to approved cases only, and neither of these Captains have approval from Order High Command to pilot the vessels they are using."

"The two ships are designated Killer and Pirates - Order High Command requests that the Corsair Elders look into this matter, perhaps it can be resolved more easily that way. Currently we dont have the forces to spare to send out hunting parties for these two craft, and we would prefer that they are returned intact and undamaged... though that likely wont be possible."

Should you find them, you have official liscence to punish them at will, but under no circumstance they are to be killed. Use them as dock rats, let them build you new ships, whatever you please. *Coughs some more*

Feel free actually to take back your ships from them, in piecess if you have to. The Corsair nation can hardly find forcess to chase down two renegade corsairs that actually pirate around sirius. They could be just about anywhere.

I'll put out the word so if they are however spoted at any of our bases and dock that they get liberated of their orderly aquisitions. *Coughs some more*
