d) Civilians who possess a CODENAME weapon may be attacked within roleplay at any level according to the piracy requirements.
Consequences: You deliberately attacked and destroyed an underlevel player with no discernible motivation, roleplay or demands of any kind. Suffice to say i've stripped your ship to the ground and adjusted your reputation as well. It is easy enough, simply don't do it.
