After saying goodbye to SOB and BLS, Sick and Data ventured off into the deepest space, looking for something but not knowing what. Eventually they found a small planet, or what they thought was a small planet. By the time they were close enough to realize it wasn't, gravity had taken over; they were getting closer and escape the force pulling the small ship.

Once inside, all they saw was metal. There was even a metallic scent in the air so strong, they could taste it. A door opened, and behind it, a white light as bright as the sun. That was the last thing they remembered, before waking up in a Junker base sitting next to an SOB pilot. He seemed undisturbed, but upon l,ooking at themselves, Sick and Data realized they were no longer full-fledged humans. Metal covered their bodies; and although it wasn't stiff, they could smell it, taste it- it was everywhere.

Both of them just assuming a bio-metal covered their actual bodies, they headed to Malta to be greeted by their fellow Outcasts- but something seemed different; the cardamine! They couldn't smell it. Apparently, the metallic suits covering their bodies cut off all outside influence, even air; it was like their bodies were their own ecosystem.

No longer addicted to or wanting the cardamine, Sick and Data went back to their usual routine before they left, not wanting to think too hard or ask too many questions about what happened on that metallic ship- that didn't matter; all that mattered was being back with SOB.
