Rand was silent recently... Too silent. No one knew why he was out of sight but they didn't suspect of him to do what he will do in a few hours. He was feeling old, tired. He knew that whatever the changes will be, things will throw him the same amount of issues to wrestle with.
He was alone, he left his former life to join Order. It wasn't much of a life, considering that he was a smuggler and joining the Order was his best friend, Ramirez' last will. But still, he left something precious behind. His love back in Kusari, back in his former life.
Rand was determined, he picked up his notebook, something he loved to use in all this technological fuzz, and started writing to his two best friends in the Order...
He looked to the note he wrote with a satisfied glance, packed a few things of his... a cadet days photo with Tommy, some medals to remind him of the battles, the small trinkets he kept close of his dead wingmen in all the past battles.
Rand walked to the hangar bay, reaching to his personal Bastet and ignited the engines, requesting launching clearance. No one tried to stop him of course, him being the Fleet Admiral gave him all the rights to do whatever he wanted on board the ship.
When he was out of the hangar bay, orbiting Toledo, he gave a one last glance to the misty planet. He smiled, if he knew Tovig even one bit, he was sure that sooner or later he will have a visitor at his new home in Kusari to convince him about things.
Bastet slowly moved towards the 92 junction, to move towards Kusari, with Rand in it, fading off like old memories, like tears in rain.
//Yes, I quit being the faction leader of Order and quitting Order as well after I finish with the new implementations coming as I previously promised.
