Anyone know if the larger increments of these (1mil +) drop anywhere? if so, where? i'm thinking they're probably rare drops off npc transport convoys but i'm not too sure.

Well, you can get the 100,000 Credit Cards off of cap kills in missions. I don't think that the other cards are available anywhere.

I'd like to ask what these credit cards are for in the first place. I don't get it.

A long time ago there was no /givecash command, so you had to trade credit cards to yourself. That was why they had them in increments of 100.000.000

And now you can get 100k cards from killing capships.
