Goddammit. After reading the wiki on Bretonia, it now says blood dragons are... neutral friendly?

Where the hell have everyone been getting that idea from. It's the GC you're friendly with, quite the opposite for Blood Dragons.

Before the great server crash, I used to see them by the battleship in Leeds.

Discussion wise: they shouldn't be there, so please get out. In fact, in Kusari, you should be attacking bretonian pirates.

I am with you equanimitee.
Blood Dragons might hate the government and be trying to instill the old regime but that is a regime free of Bretonia.
There is no way they would side with Bretonia in the conflict when Bretonians interests are the destruction of the empire of Kusari.
If anything the Dragons would want the war to go on for so long that both sides were exhausted and the Dragons could defeat Kusari and destroy any Bretonians in Kusari at the same time.

I fully agree here, the Dragons hate Samura for leading the coup against Hideyoshi, but they are still proud Kusari (of course I wouldn't agree on that while on my Samura). They are more like the KNF, just anti-Samura. But that doesn't make them less xenophobic than the rest of Kusari. So no, siding with Bretonia is a no-go and my own dragon would always kick them out.

Within RP, all the Blood Dragons want is the empire overthrown and a shogunate put in place. They do NOT want some foreign Gaijin bretonian monarchy reigning over Kusari. Nor do we approve of bretonians pirating and attacking civilians in Kusari.

I have no problem with the Dragons kicking Brets out of Kusari. They're proud nationalists. No way they'd want to tolerate bastards like the QCP stirring things up on their turf. There may be some kind of understanding there, so not KOS, but no reason to be friends.

Yup.

The idea of creating a GC/BD/Bretonian triumvirate type arrangement only goes to further polarise kusari, and completely ignores what the dragons are all about.

I dislike this black-and-white roleplay which seems to be prevalent in most people's minds. Hell, the Dragons don't even actually like the GC that much. They put up with them. Cardamine is something the dragons genuinely dislike. They'll attack any outcasts found outside of GC protection.

Yeah, the Blood Dragons are nationalists. The fact that the Kusari lawfulls are expanding the empire by attacking Bretonia should make the BD happy. However i feal if the Brits where infiltrating Kusari the tides would be turned. There is no way the BD would allow Bretonia any slice of Kusari. I think the RP related to this whole situation is a little mixed up to be honest.
