I've been looking through reviews for CoD 6, and have found a very dissapointing point. Unfortunately for the PC you have to download several patches to have the freedom of choice on what server you play on. But even with this we will never see games with 20+ players in. And with the UK's terrible broadband (RAAAAAH!) us Brits won't see any games larger than 4 vs 4. Is Britain still in the Bronze Age with our broadband?
But it is fine for all the consoles.
I find this an outrage, we have been waiting for this game for months and the best gaming tool of all time - the PC - you can't play multiplayer on. Or at least can't play the multiplayer you really want, Free-for-all Killhouse:P.
I'll still buy it and play the single-player campaign, because that is supposed to be brilliant. But for the multiplayer, I think I'll stick to CoD 4.

I'm glad I changed my mind with preordering it. I'm sticking with my CoD4.
It's kinda sad. I expected much more from IW. After CoD5 (Treyarch are no match for IW. Or was.) was not a big succes, I wanted a fresh game I would like. I am verry dissapointed.

I got CoD5 for half the price shortly after release from my old Modern Warfare 1 clan leader. I used it only to play co-op nazi zombies mod custom maps. That was the best part on it.
It looks like from now, the CoD series will end just like the NfS did and will be used only for making cash from a good name.

Here you can see the "objectivity" of the press. They must get paid very well for this high ranking. Or they review only console versions.

Yes, there are. And you spend a lot of cash on useless pirate protection, DRM and such and breaching those is just a matter of few days, if not hours. If you leave the game unprotected, you save cash on these, and cracking groups will get bored eventualy.

The consoles aren't even that good. You have to use joysticks to aim and move, which are terrible. I heard you can have a mouse and keyboard, but that's just copying the PC to make extra cash and push people away from the PC.
And all my friends play all of the games on PS3 or few on Xbox 360. None of them play on PC like real gamers.

I didn't play the game, but right now I can say the CoD4 is better. Simply because there are dedicated servers, modding support, it is and WAS cheaper, you don't have to pay for DLCs required for playing.
And this made me really cry of laugh
