I'm trying to catch up on some paperwork with all the chaos going on. Give me time and I'll get it sorted.
Xavier, I reviewed this report: CR Report
Very well done. I knew that when I selected you for the Ambassadorship that I made the right choice.
Med.Force.One is currently at Lividia shipyard. It underwent some upgrades and new additions to the medical systems. Due to a malfunction in it's defense grid, it still remains there. Commander Haddock sent me a message that they should be up and running soon and therefore, en route to Omega 49.
I have to report about an unfortunate accident on Malaclypse's Sanctuary yesterday... About 48 hours ago a member of the maintainance crew noticed that the readings of the second nuclear core where off the charts and three teams of two engineers have entered the core containment with intervals of 30 minutes for the past 12 hours in order to repair the problem.
It is with great sadness that I inform you that the repairs have failed, all six of these brave men have suffered severe radiation sickness, despites wearing radiation suits... I'm afraid they won't make it. It is only a matter of time before the core containment will and the radiation spreads through the entire station.
At the time being we can only barely keep the temperature within the safe zone but the temperature of our entire coolant reserve has already raised by 3°C... It's only a matter of time before the base turns into a large nuclear bomb...
I strongly advice all popes to evacuate from the station as soon as possible. I have already evacuated all of my ship, crew and most of the base personnel. I will stay for as long as I can to monitor the situation.
With the help of some of our finest engineers and haulers we managed to rescue the base, it's up and operational again and it's being well supplied. *smiles*
On other news, we have dropped all the passengers and refugees whom where aboard Discordia on Shasta and the ship has been slightly modified to fit better in it's new role. As of today we are setting course to the Gallic core systems to gather intel about their operations, last night I've asked monsieur Holliday for permission and he does seem eager to find out what the Gallic navy is up to these days... Although it also seems I won't need to count on any support or back-up in case I get caught... *chuckles* caught... They wouldn't even know I was there when they bump right in to me...

I have updated the Penterbarf to include Fury tagged ships for piracy and weapons discharge within Baffin.
They are to be executed on sight if they refuse to leave.
I will keep an eye open for these culprits since my journey to Gallia was cancelled. Monsieur Tristan believes that we should get more people to the Sirian houses instead of the Gallic house so...

I see that OSI wants to discuss a sort of "Council." I will say that as it stands, I do not support this but am willing to listen. No doubt that a conference will result.
I just recall how everyone judged all Zoners for the policies set forth by the former CoZ or the ZA. Corsairs considered it a failure. Bretonia held FP1 hostage over things. Just about everyone came running to those groups whenever a felon with Zoner equipment attacked a house lawful.
While there would be some benefit, such as better control over equipment acquisitions and such, I personally feel that the cons outweigh the pros. I also know that, in the past anyway, TAZ members did oppose membership in another council, enjoying the individuality that we now have.
However, as I previously stated, I am a rational man who is willing to listen. Should we send a delegation, I will attend but will allow you to do your job as you have done so admirably before. I will voice concerns but will let you lead and then will have a discussion with you.
As to who attends, well, we'll discuss that later.

A few days ago, while you all slept, I met with a representative of the Consortium. Perhaps you remember them as they were formerly led by Iron Watsas. He is now gone but they are re-organizing and have new leaders. I met with one at Shasta the other day and we re-visited the old Baffin Accords I long ago agreed to. It was those accords that kept us at peace with them and this meeting was no different although different in terms of content.
Their focus is the rise of Gallia. No longer do they request us not to trade with Kusari but were more concerned of our relations with the Gallic Royals. They had a pretty good idea of where I stand after Aurelia DeFrance's betrayal. But, it's not so much diplomacy that they come to us for but for goods.
Of course, they work off of Ainu Depot in Hokkaido and the, let's see if I screw this up, the Matsuda Battle fleet in Okinawa. Feel free to correct me on that as my relations with the Golden Chrysanthemums have always been tense and I avoid them.
They are requesting materials to build ships and arms. I know my transponder only gets me shot at by GC tagged ships but perhaps some of yours do not. It is a chance for us to make some temple money and improve some relations. Do, however, be discreet in your dealings as I'm sure the Kusari authorities may not like this.
I will be passing this message along to Victor Cross of the OSI as I'm sure he might like some business as well.
Also, Med.Force.Two will be about the Taus, providing aid to whoever may need it. Sarah is quite capable but do keep a watch on her. Last report put her at Freeport 10.

Hello all fellow TAZ,
I have had a small encounter with a base when making a jump towards Bethlehem Station in Pennsylvania. When i jumped. I started my engines towards the station and wanted to dock. When i suddenly noticed a base above the Planet Tyrone. Asking the owner for more information. He was a zoner called Murphy. Who wanted to retire. But i found that base was in the 5k radius of Bethlehem Station. The Administrator of Bethlehem Station was informed but Murphy was "wasting" his time? Don't got it exactly. But He would sent a message to doc Holliday as i know he and some others are in the Zoner conference.
Hope i did well. If you have any questions please ask me on private comms.

Thanks for the report. This isn't entirely uncommon, someone building a base close to another without permission. I don't need to educate you in the area of no fire zone law but it sounds like this Murphy did so trying to use it as a shield. His loss!
By the way, Sir, I need the names of your ships so that I can roster you.
