You're asking me if we should check every "entrepeneur" who comes through Baffin to see if his cargo wears bright colors or dredlocks?
I'll consult my Pineal.

It appears we have yet another trespasser in Baffin. Reggie and I were finishing up outfitting his ship when a Captian_Leela blew in and docked in the Guard Station, Pueblo Bonito, after repeated hails from Reggie. Upon my arriving on the scene with TAZ ship Gimmel, this Captian Leela cut comms completely.
Mal, I don't normally advocate a heavy hand, but Reggie has better things to do than race around Baffin checking visas, and then to be ignored? Recommend a new addition to the Cabbage Boil List.
I apologize.....
I'm in the trip to Corinth make a cruiser license....
Our crazy brother Vincent have parked his Falcata Bomber in Skyhook and if he can get a TEMPORARY permission to dock In Pueblo and some defending contract.....
He will be more than happy to shoot some enemas!!!
I'll attend to putting "Captain_Leela" on the Rubber Rose Roundup forthwith.. our bloody Laws could use a little exposure to the new cabbage crop anyway.
And sorry, Sidhe, but TAZ policy is to administer Enemas ourselves, or leave the slimey work to our Contractors next door in Coronado. (Altho they seem to be slacking off a bit lately...)
High colonics and other therapeutic treatments can be administered legally anywhere in Sirius, once the person makes our list of Favorite Farts.
I've been looking for an excuse to take the Mayhem on a road trip. I can use the time away from the usual myself. I think a trip up to Ames and maybe Freeport 2 since they seem forgotten may be worthwhile.
The Mayhem is set up for a fight so don not worry about me and the Vor'cha is in the capable hands of my first officer.

After extended R&R on Freeport 5...by which I mean radiation an' gravitic damage caused by buzzin' that flashy neutron star...we finally got back out into space again. Flew up into Theta to peek in on Freep 9, only to find a Zoner named Viola...logs here.

[01.05.2010 01:24:55] Viola.Snicket: baah
[01.05.2010 01:24:58] Viola.Snicket: bad!~
[01.05.2010 01:25:05] [TAZ]Ravenhurst-III: Why's that?
[01.05.2010 01:25:17] Viola.Snicket: red thingies everywhere
[01.05.2010 01:25:34] [TAZ]Ravenhurst-III: Oh. That can just ruin yer whole day. Hunters?
[01.05.2010 01:25:44] Viola.Snicket: Yes!
Here's where I shot 'em with a train CD...couldn't shoot anything else on account of havin' just dropped from cruise.
Quote:[01.05.2010 01:26:21] [TAZ]Ravenhurst-III: That should get 'em off ya for a bit.
[01.05.2010 01:26:22] Viola.Snicket: Monsters!
[01.05.2010 01:26:36] Viola.Snicket: aw
[01.05.2010 01:26:38] Viola.Snicket: thanks!
[01.05.2010 01:26:47] Viola.Snicket: I won't forget it
[01.05.2010 01:26:56] [TAZ]Ravenhurst-III: Not a problem.
[01.05.2010 01:26:58] Viola.Snicket: er try not to
It worked, she got away, an' then we got away. Didn't even hafta space any o' those rookie hunters!
Then we mosied on up into Gamma on the way to Kappa. Nothin' major there...went to Gammu to restock on CM, then made our way towards the Delta jump hole. And whaddya know, there was a party! A Zoner named Whesto gettin' shot at by Nommies, an' one of those SMA jobbies. I helped 'im with the blue folk, then jumped to Delta.

[01.05.2010 01:38:37] Whesto_Dwanian: Thank you pilots
[01.05.2010 01:38:40] [TAZ]Ravenhurst-III: Take care out there, you two.
[01.05.2010 01:38:44] [TAZ]Ravenhurst-III: Anytime.
Docked with Freeport 11 without incident. We're stockin' up and makin' minor repairs, then we're off to see what there is to see in the way out nowhere. Might be nothin'...we're prepared for that. Got some good books, an' old holovids, not to mention boardgames and "pin the pineal on the Pope". I'll letcha know if we find anything fun, funny, funky, or nothin'.

I have ordered construction of a VHF code named Eris'.Justice although I haven't decided whether or not that will be it's final name. I ask that no one fly it until it is completed. I am funding this ship so please.
I would ask, if anyone may have some, I need two code weapons for it. Heimdalls if anyone has them. As of right now, it's mission is classified and won't be posted here as we have too many hackers.

With his morning cup of coffee, Doc goes to his desk to get his morning news and briefings. Fortunately, there is little to hear about which is a good thing. Taking a sip of coffee, he sees an envelope. Curious, he opens it and sees Mal's handwriting.
Doc,
Simply put, my friend, I'm off fishing. Hold down the fort. Not sure when I'll get back.
-Mal
With a sigh, he takes another sip of coffee and wonders a bit. "We've got a lot going on here in TAZ," he mumbles to himself, "I do hope my fellow acolytes don't mind helping out."

After some a free self-pineal consultation, I've come to the conclusion that the best way for the RH3 to be ready to tackle various threats ain't to have a missile turret an' five ZGBTs. Took off the missle and one ZGBT; put a GPC and GBR instead. Figure she still won't be helpless against fighters - which isn't her main purpose anyway, I've got my Eagle fer that - and will be more of a help against tubbier tubs that might need dealin' with. Took 'er out deeper in the Omicrons to do a bit of preliminary testing...seems pretty good so far, but we didn't run up against any real opposition. 'Course, ideally, these newfangled guns'll never be fired in anger, but we've gotta be ready.
'Nother thing I realized is that while I do like the 'moth, she's a mite conspicuous in Liberty, where they already aren't the fondest of Zoners due to a few incidents involving capship cap'n's stoned outta their respective minds. Dahlia an' I are helping Mathias with the gruntwork on the Loose Ends while he studies up on BWT maintenance an' repairs. With all these wars goin' on, seems the BWT's the only medium transport that won't up anybody's ire, blood pressure, or targeting systems.
