I want to join the SCRA, (not officially if i dont have to). I have tried getting into omega-52, but all that happens is I get shot.. i have checked the wiki and read the allies, i have tried to seek out their allies (red hessians, etc.) but i have had virtually no luck.. i would like to join them, and I would like to relish in their official faction RP, but for now I just want to know how to be allied with them...:)

I have checked the thread.. Im not too very interested in entering the player faction.. I just want to be Neutral to them so i can atleast get in their system without getting blasted...:)
There's a thread for that, too.
Search is your friend. Also, the keyword "visa" is your friend as well.
But that's just so you can get your reputation adjusted to neutral.
As I understand, you want to become part of the Coalition without being in the SCRA|...
Please note that there are no Coalition players without the SCRA| faction tag.
Please note also that there never will be.

Sorry to say, but that sounds rather prick-ish. Does that mean that a player is outright refused to pursue his personal Coalition RP with a SRP request and the apparently unattainable approval of the SCRA?

Yup, it is. And it will be for the vastly foreseeable future. You can call me a prick if you want, I've been called worse, as I'm sure most of HC has.
The Coalition tag is for the SCRA. It was put there through 3+ years of RP and dedication to this server. Some yahoo comes in with a bunch of fiction about an indie Coalitioner and goes and farks up that, and there will be hell to pay. We're not the [insert random vanilla player faction here].
As for the OP, why do you think you need to get into Omega 52 anyway? There's a reason there are two big bad Typhoons guarding the only entrances to the system, it's a military stronghold and home-system of the Coalition. We shoot anyone caught in that system without permission and ask questions later.
Best bet is to try to get a Coalition Visa, but they aren't easy to come by.
Uhh, as I understand it, you have two choices here...
You either join the official faction, or you prove yourself with a continuous stream of great roleplay in-game and a well-written bio on forums.

1. Care to explain how the "bunch of fiction" that "some yahoo" could write would differ from what you do? What is the problem, after all? Did you come first and claim that realm of RP with a nice flashy flag? What we all do, not just the "yahoos", is write a "bunch of fiction". I am proud to say I write fiction. Does it make me a yahoo?
2. I have no desire to get in the Coalition, nor get a visa, nor pursue a solo Coalition adventure.
3. Who even mentioned OPs? To be honest, the Coalition ships are quite low on that scale. Well, compared to the Nomad/Phantoms at least.
4. The SCRA may not be a part of Vanilla, but it is a part of Discovery. If you RP a NATION, you can not just shut the doors to anyone trying to do anything beyond what you do. If you are trying to do so , you should indeed be called a prick.
