Comrade, as Im sure you are all aware, the co-operation and friendship between our two great movements has never been stronger. The capitalist horde is faltering, and now, more than ever, is the time to strike!
Unfortunately, the SCRA lacks something that you have, something we need. Im sure youve noticed that our snubfighters, from the Partisan to the Revolution, are veritable deathtraps, fit not for man or beast, much less a dedicated veteran of the Coalition. We intend to remedy this.
Our Designers, working round the clock deep within Omega 52, are nearing the final stages of a new series of fighter craft, a series that will revolutionize combat by the glorious pilots of the coalition. However, we are still missing several important keys, keys we believe you hold.
As your long standing allies, we would like to ask for a team of engineers to be lent to us, for the duration of this project. Im sure that you would agree to the benefit of this agreement, for the both of us. With our combat units able to operate at full effectiveness, the co-operation between our pilots will be devastating.
In exchange, we would like to offer you a selection of coalition built weaponry from our armouries. If you will agree to this request, we can work out the appropriate amounts.

Salutations, Herr Kirk.
It is good to hear from the SCRA after these late Sirius-wide blackouts. Our offensive targets are once again reachable, and the cooperation between our two revolutionary forces can continue again.
On to your request: I completely agree that without unparalleled technical and technological progress any offensive we launch will be hard pressed against the barbaric Corsair hordes. This is why, in the interest of mutual cooperation against the enemies of the revolution, I will personally order the Rote Hessen Armee 27. Pionier Brigade to move their operations to Omega-52, under joint Coalition command. That brigade is the task force originally involved in the design of the Loki and Odin snub fighters, their expertise in high speed space combat should be more than sufficient.
This time around security needs to be top notch however. The brigade will be delivered to their destination onboard of the cruiser Von Rohe itself, to assure their safety. I will not have a bunch of drug addicts or alien collaborators do harm to my best shipbuilders.

Excellent indeed Comrade, most excellent. I shall order the 3rd Guards Wing to await your arrival, unless you shall require an escort to our space? I would suspect not, as the pilots of the Red Hessian Army are second to none in these waters. Commodore Stackanov has been personally charged with the protection and comfort of the Rote Hessen Armee 27 once they arrive, should any harm befall them, I will have his head. I'm sure he will not fail.
Once the Von Rohe arrives, I have given permission to the Armorers Section aboard Mykolaiv Research Station to deposit on your vessel a score of both Kalashnikov and Druganov type weapons, for dispersal to your very best pilots. As I'm sure you understand, it is vital that these weapons do not fall into the hands of our myriad enemies, as the weapons technology we currently possess is some of the best in the sector. Feel free, however, to disassemble a few of them, and enhance your own weaponry, should you so choose.
If you would like, I currently have access to the 5th Section, SCRA Weapons and Armaments Corps. As we will be creating these new fighters to be compatible with the old weaponry, they are doing make-work until the time comes to finalize the power system mounts. I'm sure I could send them back with you, if you would like them to work with your designers on a new mark of Hessian weapons.
