Certain Guild Core capital ships have been working overtime. Leave is hereby authorized on Luxury Liner Hawaii in Sigma 19 for those deserving Capital ship captains and their crews. Please note that we do not wish for you to antagonize any KNF forces that you may meet there. (Feel free to do so if you wish to, however.)
Moray ships are to remain on staton at Dabadoru for station defense, as are appropriate Capital ships. It is possible that this incursion by the Kusari is part of a planned Nomad incursion. We remember Tekagi.
Available BHG| and BHG|Core ships up to and including Orca class are hereby authorized transit to New York and/or Bretonia space to assist at Deshima station.

Comm ID: Marc Powell, BHG|Hydra.
I am currently sending this message from my pod, as the KNF attacked 7 BHG vessels defending Deshima. The battle is still raging now, so I'm sure any help would be nice.
So far we have lost two/three bombers (including mine) and a gunship, while they have lost a Destroyer, two Kusari gunboats and a Gaian gunboat.
Hydra out.

Message reads:
I'm sorry to say sir, but I failed. I got to see the Imperial Yacht at least eh, but he didn't seem too pleased with us not wanting to leave behind the lives of 7000 people aboard the station. As soon as he left the shogunate came in hard. Best we can say is that we gave it our best effort and I believe we cost them 2 or 3 to 1 before their numbers and tactics overwhelmed us.
It looks like a terrifying day for those aboard Deshima whom are seen as mere property.
Attacks have started, we need backup! We managed to take down a few destroyers and gunboats but we need fighter support more then anything! I even managed to get a confirmed kill on a Gaian gunboat. Guild masters please assist us! Situation is dire, we spotted the emperor's yacht outside of Deshima and it is not looking good. I fear more capital class vessels are en route to Deshima, we won't last long if so. We lost many good men already..*Signal lost*

Hail.
It was an hell of a fight near Deshima. The KNF became hostiles and attacked us first, sir. We lose some pilots, including me, but we destroyed all their capitals ships, gunboats included. Here is one camshot:
They can't do serious damages to Deshima... For now. I suffered some lights wouds from my ejection but I'm fine at Deshima. I'm awaiting further instructions along my comrades at the base.

Situation is critical, however the station isn't compromised. The defense wing managed to eliminate all the enemy bombing platforms, including one Destroyer and at least three Gunboats. We've lost a good deal of bombers to their fighters, however we managed to set up a fort in the Deshima, and with fighters unable to cause any intrusions, we're safe - for now.
Backup and supplies are urgently needed, as there could be another wave of siege ships incoming at any given moment from now on.

Goals: To be interviewed by Chris Hansen on Dateline NBC.
Our ship was forced by circumstances to take a different route to Deshima. At this point we're actually attempting to deal with their supply lines. Minor details that these Kusari seem to forget - they have a VERY large and VERY open back door. Ah, well, must come from not actually being used to fighting against worthy opponents.
In any event, this shogun of theirs seems rather determined to get his men back. How about the planetary governor of Honshu? Seems that he and his police escort somehow or other stumbled into my cargo bay. I'd suggest that life of his cousin might be worth calling off his dogs...
